I saw a car online, called up and David arranged a test drive with me same day. Didn't rush me when I got there, took his time to show me different cars and test drove a couple.
Bought a car from them last week and it needed a few tweaks and changes, which David went above and beyond to get done for me. No hesitation, quickly done and had the car back within 48 hours. No hassle and made the process of buying a car so easy.
David was really friendly, communication throughout the process was great and all with great humour.
Deffo recommend and will head there when it's time for a change! Thanks

Aftersales is absolutely horrendous. Customer service 'team's useless. Sales team were great when buying the car, especially Saf, but now unwilling to offer any support with issues with an immobiliser they stated THEY had fitted before I bought the vehicle, now they claim they don't fit immobilisers and cannot give me any information regarding it. Was warned about buying a car from here, I should have listened!

I bought my car in January and wanted to wait before writing a review, just to make sure everything was still going well with it.
From the moment I arrived, I found the team to be friendly and relaxed — not pushy or in your face at all, which is something I really appreciated. Had they been overly pushy, I would have walked away.
I was given the keys to have a proper look around the car, both inside and out, and quickly decided this was the one for me. I took it out for a test drive and absolutely loved it, it was new in so wasn't the one I was originally going to look at.
I told them I wanted to take the car there and then, so we went into the office, completed the paperwork, arranged short-term insurance so I could drive it away, and made payment for the car — all completely stress-free. While I was in the office, they had already put fuel in the car and had it valeted, which was a really nice touch.
Overall, I found the whole experience great from start to finish. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
