Not totally as advertised
Cleaned off stubborn marks well very quick and efficient, but don’t clean off excess water around windows, so it dripped back onto the windows which then made water marks down the cleaned windows, which then seemed pointless.

We’re glad to hear the stubborn marks were removed and that the service was efficient. In terms of the water marks you’ve mentioned, we don’t use cloths or towels to dry the windows, as we clean using purified hot water which dries naturally to a spotless finish.
What it sounds like here is that the technician may not have allowed enough time for the top windows to fully dry before moving on to the lower ones. Our usual process is to clean the upper windows first, allow them to air dry, and then complete the downstairs windows to avoid any dripping or streaking, exactly as you’ve described.
We’re sorry this wasn’t the case on your visit. Our customer service team has been made aware and will be in touch to arrange a reclean and make things right.

Nice window cleaner did good job
I haven't had the windows cleaned for over a year since moving in (and have no idea how long they had been since before I did), and I have had several bird strikes on the dormers. They definitely needed some care. The pre-clean communication was good, letting me know that some streaking may occur due to how long they hadn't been cleaned, and also what time they would be attending.
The cleaning was good. The dormers are spotless, the Veluxes (which had some real grime near the edge) are nearly spotless, but another couple of visits should see that. But the impressive thing was the guy who did the cleaning: he wanted me to inspect and make sure I was happy before signing off on the job.
It costs less than I expected, even when the introductory offer finishes.

We just felt a little bad about the price we paid for such a Top Class job.
Great efficient service would never both with a traditional window cleaner again.

I'm very happy I found preen and clean.I was having difficulty finding a window cleaner. I'm pleased with the clean. They texted me the night before to say they will clean the windows the next day and they did so on time. I would highly recommend them.

Do not use Preen & Clean Dewsbury
Do not use PREEN & Clean Dewsbury, their window cleaning is poor, shabby and frequently windows look like they've not been cleaned. Also the accuse you of not paying even though you send tithe proof of payment.

Poor
My windows were still really dirty after they had apparently been to clean them so I checked in just to see if they hadn’t got round to me and invoiced by mistake. They confirmed they had been so they either have been and done a really poor job or they are saying they have been when they haven’t. Either way I certainly won’t be using them again or recommending them unfortunately.

As mentioned in their video you do get a text the day before which is nice as this allows you prepare for their visit
The member of staff cleaning our windows was very polite and he did a good job. I would recommend this company.
