Too firm for me.
The delivery was fine but I find the mattress hard, more firm than medium/firm. I have had to buy a mattress topper to soften it, as I lay on my side to sleep and it was hurting me. It is not like the hotel beds, as I find them quite comfortable. I have had this mattress a month now and was hoping to have got used to it by now, but I can't sleep on it without the topper, a 10cm depth one as well.

The mattress was delivered on time and the two premierinbed employees were very helpful and polite.
The mattress itself has proved very comfortable and offers the same amount of comfort and good nights sleep as the the one's we have experienced in Premier Inn hotels.

Love love my mattress . Best purchase ever made .
I also had the duvet & pillows . I do love the pillows but could do with softer option for my self . But I wound 100% recommend this mattress for a good nights sleep & not feeling the other person moving of or around on it

I haven't stayed at the hotel yet
I haven't stayed at the hotel yet. However, I have spent over an hour trying to contact them. I have asked the chatbot why their phone isn't working and it doesn't know. Everytime I google 'customer services' the same number is given. It seems impossible to speak to a human being.
