Exceptional service from Gary and the entire team. Gary provided outstanding legal guidance throughout a very complex and challenging matter. His professionalism, strategic judgement, attention to detail and ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues with clarity, confidence and sound judgement were exceptional. He was always clear, responsive and thoughtful in explaining the options and helping me make informed decisions.
Kellie and Zaira were also extremely helpful, professional and supportive, and their responsiveness and attention to detail made the whole process much easier.

I would like to thank personally Allison Howell as the paralegal and her team that handled the estate of my late Mother & Farther. During this difficult time, Allison was very supportive, gave me guidance through the whole process, was happy to be contacted and easy to contact. At all times Allison was professional, direct and offered her reassurance regarding the process. Her warmth was very personable and compassionate at such a difficult time.

Highly recommended …
I was introduced to Premier Solicitors in 2016 to assist with a fraud claim associated with an overseas case. The Premier Solicitors team, lead by Dina Modessa were highly professional and considered all options resulting in a judgement in my favour in 2022. They also ensured that costs were kept to a minimum and within budget.
I am very grateful to Premier Solicitors and especially Dina for all the support they have given me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jaya Nahar was professional, patient and very helpful throughout the whole process. She carefully listened to all my requests, made several amendments to the draft Will without any issues, and explained everything clearly.

I do not recommend this firm because…
I do not recommend this firm because they caused a financial penalty due to their failure to supply formally requested information to the mortgage provider on an auction sale that had a one month deadline. Premier Solicitors have ignored my complaints to reimburse my losses. This case now sits with the Ombudsman because they know they acted negligently and refuse to answer any further to my valid compensation claim. Also, they allocated the account to an inexperienced case handler who gave poor advice.

Awful experience that is becoming a nightmare
I am a co-executor together with Premier Solicitors, Bedford. My emails to them goes into a black hole. I am on the 2nd probate solicitor now and this probate is still dragging on.
The deceased passed away in 2023, most of the beneficiaries live abroad with the exception of 1 or maybe 2 beneficiaries.
I am treated as a number and the current solicitor Faiza, never respond on time.
She and her line manager Gary is now asking for the impossible, either use Finders International or passports (to which some of the beneficiaries do not have). This leads me to think that there is an ulterior motive to these roadblocks - over charging, lack of duty of care towards the clients and lack of transparency.
I am an MLRO, therefore, I am well acquainted with the ML regulations. Under FATF rules, national identifications from countries such as Malaysia and Singapore can be relied on, therefore, Premier should be flexible. Look at the % passports holders in UK itself or % of drivers in UK that holds a driving license from the DVLA.
Premier and their probate solicitors are extremely arrogant. The last time I checked, Singapore and Malaysia are just part of the Commonwealth and aren't under the British rule.
Overnight update from solicitor no 3 - Shirin Wright and she is asking for death certificates and other paperwork that has been previously sent to Faiza. This is an utter disgrace.

Dear Chu Mansfield,
We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. As explained in our emails to you, as a regulated firm, it is a legal requirement for us to carry out anti money laundering checks.
We are unable to progress any monetary transactions to anyone who does not satisfy our legal checks as set out in the Anti Money Laundering Regulation.
We want to assist where we can but can only do so within the remits of the law.
Kind Regards,
Premier Solicitors
