Premier Solicitors Reviews

I cannot recommend Harpreet and Neelam highly enough. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of purchasing my home.

Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Harpreet and Neelam made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and always kept me updated every step of the way. No question was ever too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me great confidence throughout the transaction.

What really stood out was their dedication and attention to detail. They were proactive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything progressed smoothly and in my best interests. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured knowing they were handling my purchase.

Thanks to their hard work and expertise, my house purchase was completed successfully, and I am incredibly grateful for all their support. Harpreet and Neelam are a real credit to their firm, and I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you both for making such an important milestone in my life a positive experience.

I was executor my mother-in-law's estate and it was quite a long and protracted process. I worked with Tina Price-Johnson paralegal at the firm and was concluded to my complete satisfaction. Process worked well and the fee was competitive .

I have recently sold my house and purchased an apartment. Premier Solicitors acted on my behalf. It was a complicated process and Ryan Shepherd and his assistant, Bhavisha were extremely helpful, professional and thoughtful. I found the process very stressful but throughout I was reassured by Ryan and Bhavisha. My daughter is in the process of buying her first house and I recommended Premier Solicitors to her once again they are doing an excellent job 👏
I would highly recommend them for anyone who requires legal help and support.

From the start of this process Millie has been super efficient, keeping us informed at every stage. Her patience & work ethics are an asset to your company. We really hope we can work with her again in the future.
Highly recommended 🌟

Yashadhora and Gayan made this process very easy. An auction buy with limited timeframe was anxiety provoking but they came through. Thank you

I couldn't recommend Premier Solicitors, and especially, Ryan and Bhavisha more!! They made our first home purchase incredibly smooth, stress-free and speedy, our friends were even shocked how quickly we completed the purchase. After talking to multiple homeowners, I gathered that we got very lucky, as it's rare to have such a straightforward transaction. Ryan & Bhavisha were extremely quick to respond to all of our emails and answer the million questions we had. Massive thank you, and we'll definitely be using only them in the future.

Priya Hothi and her team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me to complete my purchase. Communications have been clear and efficient at all times, with regular updates and prompt responses to queries. I am very pleased with Priya and would definitely use their services again.

Buying this property from auction was such a big moment for us, and we’re grateful to Priya from Premier Solicitors for making it such a positive experience. She always kept us updated and explained everything clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her patience and professionalism really stood out. Thanks to Priya’s help, what could’ve been a stressful auction property with only 30 days to complete, turned into a smooth experience.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new property and can’t thank Priya enough for being such a big part of making it happen!

I rarely write public recommendations, especially online, but I feel genuinely grateful for the support and professionalism of Adrian Boulter.
Adrian is a kind, honest, and highly experienced barrister who guided us through an extremely serious and complex case with great care and professionalism. He always explained every detail thoroughly and made sure we fully understood the process and our options.
We first met Adrian in 2019 and have continued to seek his advice ever since, even when he moved practices. His dedication, integrity, and expertise have given us great confidence and reassurance during very difficult times.
I highly recommend Adrian Boulter without any hesitation. Kelly Wong

Excellent service from the team here, we worked with Tricia Miller's team. They were highly communicative and responsive, and worked quickly to help us to complete our house purchase. They were always happy to answer any of our question and helped us to understand an otherwise daunting process!

I used premier Solicitors to sell and buy my house. I was assigned Millie to deal with the process and she made things so easy and stess free for me. The selling side of my transaction was extremely difficult due to other parties. But Millie kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Gary Lee at Premier Solicitors provided outstanding advice and representation. His strategy was sharp, his communication was clear, and his work was thorough from start to finish. What stood out most was his ability to guide me through a stressful process with confidence, clearly his expertise extends well beyond the textbook. The wider team were equally helpful and professional. I'd happily instruct them again regardless of the area of law. Well worth every penny.

I sought legal advice from Premier Solicitors earlier this year following a very difficult situation at work, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received.

I had worked for my previous company for 8 years before it was taken over in 2025. After being TUPE transferred, my role changed significantly and, despite being promoted to Finance Manager, I received no training or support for months. By January 2026, I felt completely stuck and unsure of my position, so I decided to seek legal advice.

Gary Lee was incredibly clear, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the outset. He took the time to fully understand my situation and explained my options in a way that made everything feel much more manageable. My case was then handled alongside Zaira, who was equally professional and efficient. She drafted both a Grievance Letter and a Without Prejudice letter on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the process.

When my employer still failed to resolve matters, Gary stepped in directly and negotiated with them. The outcome exceeded my expectations — he secured a strong settlement package along with a reduced notice period, allowing me to leave on positive terms at the end of April.

Gary and Zaira were professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced in employment law. I truly felt supported throughout what was a very stressful time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I had a very positive experience working with Divya and Sandithi, Consultant Legal Assistants. Both demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong knowledge in their field.I would highly recommend Divya and Sandithi to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable legal support.

Excellent group.
We had difficulties selling our flat and Dina Modessa was a wonderfully kind solicitor and person, full of integrity, and very knowledgeable in her work. She was a personal support to me and I highly recommend her! L. Carrick
