Not very good communication, took a month for 1 half of the parcel to arrive and still waiting for the 2nd part still, emailed countless of times with just an automated response or half hearted awnser, no Telephone number to call the company either

Placed an order but never received updates even after the 1-2 days time to be sent out from the factory, asked for an update and was told “rest assured your order is safe with us”. Maybe day 8-9 emailed again asking if it had been sent as still no update to be once again told “rest assured your order is safe with up”. Got to day 12 (latest delivery day) and still nothing so emailed and said if i don’t see it Monday ild go to paypal to push a refund, the reply i got was unbelievable! “We have suffered an unfortunate stock error on your order” even though my product was available on their site they hadn’t placed an order with their own supplier. Sure thing preppers shop my order was really safe with you!! Shambles.

Kept me well informed from order to delivery.Was more pleased that you had stock of this item.Best kitchen knife in the kitchen.

So much to choose from and great prices, I am retired but building up my emergency rations and your site allows me to purchase at my price level. I do not need to look elsewhere!!

Definitely use a credit card so you can charge back if needed.

Delivery is very slow although the items did eventually arrive. Ordered on the 19/09/26 and arrived on 02/10/26.

They were as described, brand new and the price is competitive. I suspect they dont actually stock a lot of items and have to order them in once they receive an order.

I think most people wouldn't actually mind this if the company were more up front about it at the point of ordering. They put a conservative estimate on the site but then say it may take longer during busy periods which is quite open ended when you dont know when or if the item will arrive.

I did email them saying I wanted to cancel the order at which point it was magically dispatched.

Would possibly order again if I didn't want something in a rush and the item cost is low.

Nothing been delivered yet. Where's my order? Who's supposedly delivered it. At this moment in time, A RIP OFF.

Great site with a big selection of items to browse and buy. Very happy with my first purchase and about to make my second, of many more to come. Staff quick with replies and have a sense of humour; as do I. Think that is important.
And we all need to be prepared. Serious business. Just watch current affairs.

Lack of communication, purchase took too long to arrive, not kept up to date with problems i.e, waiting for stock to come in. Will not use this company again. Not a nice experience considering this was the first time I purchased from them, unfortunately it will be my last.

Still haven’t received my order, 3 weeks later.

Goods never received and promised refund not paid

I paid for my order on 27 July. The website stated a delivery time of 14 days, but the goods did not arrive.

On 24 August, I asked for an update and was told that the order was clearing customs for delivery on the Monday. Nothing arrived. I emailed again on 1 September and received no response. I followed this up on 4 September and also tried calling a telephone number we found online, but again received no response.

I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund. On 22 September, I was told that the money would be returned within seven days. That period has now passed, but I have still received neither the goods nor my refund.

The lack of delivery, poor communication and failure to provide the promised refund have made this a very disappointing experience. I would not order from this company again and would advise prospective customers to read the recent reviews before placing an order.

Took 2 weeks for my item to be picked , processed and delivered to me.
Tried contacting the company directly to ask for a full refund only for a bot to answer the email saying delays can occur.

Sent wrong item then deducted postage from refund!!

Terrible service took ages to even get the goods and they screwed that up

Company is not too bad on £, but has a great deal to learn about a good customer experience. I ordered an 'in-stock' item, only to find after 2 weeks it was 'stuck in customs'. Why wasnt it marked as 'In-Stock Abroad' instead ? Was it even in stock ? I enquired 3 times total, I got a 'On its way soon' reply then just a vague shipping email ? Shipping from where in the world ? After nearly 6 weeks it finally arrived. Overall other than the 'Order Received' and 'Order in post' emails, if i hadnt chased them i would have heard nothing. The emails i did receive were vague at best. From now on i will order anything expensive elsewhere. Sorry preppers shop, you've brought this on yourselves. A shops rep means everything when shopping online - buck ur ideas up !

I made an order 2 weeks ago. After no further information than "order confirmed" I contacted the sellers to be told it's out of stock. They pushed me to choose another item or take store credit. I chose a refund and won't buy from them again.

Order took nearly a month to arrive, and when it did shelf life for food items varied from 8 month to 5 years. Not really ideal for emergency long term rations.

I will use another supplier in future.

Criminal activity in plain sight. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS. I cannot explain in detail the problems of this company. Delivery is supposed to be 12-14 days as advertised. COMPLETE LIARS. Eight weeks later I get my items. I ran out of patience and bought the same items from crossbows.co.uk and my items were cheaper and arrived in less than 48 hours.

Ordered 400 hundred pounds worth of equipment

A WARNING to all who orders from them, they string you on and then send you stuff you didn’t ask for, I placed an order, waited a few weeks, didn’t receive anything or any updates, you have to chase them and ask all the time. Then when you send an email you get an automated response then an excuse of supply issues, then few more weeks after waiting, your asking again, chasing it up and you get something like,

We have spent some time looking through our options and have found a new supplier with better stock quantities and flavour variations. We have a large order from them due in shortly and we will get your order fulfilled with these as soon as they land.
If possible, we kindly ask if you’re happy to keep your order open and we will provide these new rations.
Why advertise “in stock” If they are not available, don’t advertise that they are.
This is what they send for a 7 day ration pack after the fresh delivery of stock.

Half of what I received is nonsense, go and look at what’s advertised even the photo on what’s displayed.
Feels like I’ve been scammed, and when you email them all you get is a generic response.
It’s not worth wasting any more time on this back and too, to try and resolve it. I am just going to take the hit on this one, so this is a warning to everyone, be careful think twice before you order and don’t trust the “in stock”, better still find somewhere else to order from.
