Had my wing mirror knocked off in a retail car park several months ago 😡 I had tried a lot of places to find a replacement but to no avail. Was also looking for another replacement part without much luck too. Had a look online and came across a website called Breakerlink. Entered the details/ pics of what I needed and within a few hours I got a response from Prestigeallparts. Gave them a call, spoke to Ryan, great knowledge and assistance received, purchased the products I needed. They arrived well packaged. I needed a drivers side seat belt assembly for my Mercedes CLK and placed a request online with BreakerLink on Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning Prestige emailed me to say they had one. I made the payment and three days later the correct part arrived in perfect condition. I called to thank them and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Couldn't be more pleased.

Historic beyond belief service. Reece definitely deserves a pay rise. Bought a electric window switch guaranteed for three months. It failed. Rang them and they immediately without any discussion agreed to send out a new one. Just brilliant in this day and age to get this kind of customer service. 100/100. Result is will always use them from now on

Ordered a radio for my car on Thursday 23/7/2026. The company lists that It will arrive in 1-3 days which should have been Tuesday the latest. I clearly stated if it doesn't get delivered by Tuesday I don't want it. Daryl confirmed confirmed it will. Said he will send me a tracking number and he didn't.

On Tuesday morning I ask if I am still receiving the part on Tuesday he says no it won't. I said I am leaving the country Wednesday at 2pm and he replied is caps lock that he will put it on a morning delivery.

Now we are Wednesday, 1:16pm, the part is still not here. I call at 11am his colleague says he will send me the tracking number. 12:30pm I don't receive anything. I call, Daryl answers with a rude tone saying he is trying to get an update BY PHONE from the delivery company I said why doesn't he share the tracking number with me and I track it myself he said it's not showing updates online. He said he will call in 30mins. 1pm passes, no call. I call at 1:10pm he no longer picks up my calls.

He called back at 1:30pm to tell me they lost the parcel. They have refunded me.

I am surprised by the 4.9 stars rating here.

I got a part from Prestige but when we got it home and went to replace the original part, we noticed it wasnt the correct part. I contacted them straight away and the guys I spoke to her were so helpful, in the end they didnt have the part I wanted, but they pointed me in the right direction to get one. The customer service here is second to none. I would highly recommend them and I wouldnt hesitate in using them again if I ever needed parts.

Absolutely brilliant service, provided me with the parts I required and I used there fitting service to repair my mercedes vito, top job, definitely the place to go to for mercedes specialists. Will definitely be using there service's again. Great team 💪👏 Thanks again 👍👍

6weeks stil waiting for a refund!! after they sent a different part numbered item told me many times they kno better but the part diagnosis machine said no, wouldnt listen, wanted paperwork that id bought from another company, i hadnt cause they had my money then they want to keep 25% 'handling' fee I won't use again

Sent email requesting a part on line there rang back with correct part In stock paid and collected and now fitted and working another Mercedes back on road.

The service and prompt response from Prestige All parts is excellent. Ryan was quick and efficient dealing with my search for a part of or my car. All done in record time.

Ended up not buying the part , but Ryan was really helpful and refunded immediately.would recommend.

I contacted Prestige via Breakerlink as I needed a replacement headlamp for my 2014 E-Class. I requested a halogen unit as my local Mercedes dealer had advised me this was what was fitted to my vehicle and placed the order on a Saturday and early on Sunday morning received a phone call from Daryl advising me that my car was actually fitted with bi-xenons ! A few phone calls back and forth with Nathan and Ryan followed over the adjusted pricing and the unit arrived, very well packed, on the following Wednesday. It's now been fitted by a local independent Merc specialist and I'm back on the road. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough ! They provided a 5* service with exceptional levels of customer communication.

Wow. What a great team at Prestige All Parts, I was very, very impressed by Ryan and the team. Needed to find a needle in a haystack part for my 98' W202 Mercedes. The knowledge, experience and customer focused attention to detail was excellent along with a superb can-do attitude. This was my very first time using this company, the parts arrived safely well wrapped on time. I will 100% be keeping the contact details safe for future reference. Highly recommend.

Another great response from Prestige - Call-out for Max (Workshop Manager) - looked like major problem with fuel system and quite a major leak. One call to Prestige - car booked in first thing next morning - No-nonsense diagnosis - fixed and back out working in less that 24 hours from the initial call. Reasonable rates too.

Ryan was really helpful with sourcing a radio for my SLK 350. Great customer service even when my radio didn't arrive when it should have he chased the parcel company. It's just unfortunate that the the radio that they supplied didn't resolve the issue only because there is more of an issue with the electrics and not the radio A refund was arranged. I would definitely do business with these guys again. Excellent company to deal with.
