I recently ordered some bridesmaids dresses from Pretty Lavish, unfortunately there was a slight issue with one of the dresses (it came with a mark on the leg area) the PL customer care team were very helpful in dealing with this issues, Kiera was able to rectify the issue and was prompt and polite throughout the whole process thank you!

Although my dress was not the right…
Although my dress was not the right sizing for me, the delivery was very fast, and the return was made easy. During the return there was a slight delay, but from contacting very helpful Kiera, I was able to get my money back very quickly after contacting!

Missing Confirmation

I bought a wedding guest dress, the quality is amazing!! So so impressed, i personally feel great value for money.

Good exchange process
Bought a bridesmaid dress, they are stunning look much more expensive than I thought for a satin dress. I also like that they have an exchange process to switch sizes of the same dress instead of returning and repurchasing.
