Excellent customer service. Very professional, fast delivery and the product is awesome.

I recently ordered two wedding bands. One band I ordered in the incorrect size. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the individual who has assisted me. I also love the rings they represent my 24 yr relationship perfectly. The box that the ring comes in with the light is awesome.

You are wonderful in customer service. I had a few hiccups with my order but you were always accommodating helping me fix it TWICE! Your fixes were reasonably priced, like sizing it for the 2nd time & soldering together.
Thankfully the 2nd time was the charm. The rings are beautiful and almost 4 years after I lost my rings, I have one that is the closest I've found to my original ones. So for our 45th anniversary, we are happy with our new rings! Thank you so much. I have already told everyone who comments on my ring how great you are to work with.

PrimeStyle was only given a photo of a necklace that I had broken and wanted to replace. This necklace was very important to me as I got it when I got engaged. They asked questions on size, number of diamonds, clasp, etc. All this was done online. The result was a piece that was even better than the original! I am one very happy customer! Thank you!

The service was great, and I got my ring in a beautiful gift box when, I open it was amazed to see this gorgeous ring.

I have now made three purchases from them and was very pleased. This last order was not what I expected. The ring was extremely light weight and just not what I wanted. I requested a refund. When I finally received the RA after requesting it 4 day prior, it was noted that they do not accept UPS returns. After spending 100.00 to make sure it was there within the 30day period, I am now being told I have to wait an additional 5-7 days to even confirm if the refund is approved. This time frame takes me right up to the 30day time frame. Very disappointed and not satisfied. I will never purchase from them again.

I bought two rings to complete the set for our 50th anniversary! Gorgeous rings and I’m sure my wife will love them.
