I ordered a wedding band to match the engagement ring I had purchased. I guess which band to match it and failed they didn’t go well together at all. I called and Jenny was all over fixing my issue. Sent back the ring I ordered incorrectly and within a month time had my custom made bands to match the original ring

My wife loves them and I've bought a few items from here always satisfied so far. I had only a few problems personally that I can bring up. My wife has long hair and the backings don't hold the earrings in tight enough she said. One already almost got lost from her hair and the backing not securing it enough so now she won't wear them. My second thing I realized is while the outer diamonds sparkle the center one doesn't which gives it a weird off look. The center diamond looks cloudy in lighting compared with the ones around it, why I'm not sure. I'm going to take them to another closer jeweler to get them inspected. Primestyle said I can get screwon backings but I'd have to pay for them I said didnt I pay enough already 600+ dollars. They should have scew backs on anything this expensive in the first place in my personal opinion. I have to send them back to primestyle to eventually get the screw backs on and center diamonds checked.

All I can say is EXCELLENT. I ordered my wife a diamond wedding band for Christmas. I thought it may not arrive in time but it was skillfully put together and shipped in time for Christmas. The wife is happy and so am I. Thank you.

Bought an additional band for the set we bought last year for Christmas. Quality is spot on. Love how I was updated all along the way of production. Ring came out beautiful in a very timely manner. Love the lighted ring box and overall packaging.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from PrimeStyle. The lighted box in which the diamond ring was delivered in was an unexpected surprise and made the gift extra special. I would not hesitate to buy from PrimeStyle again. The sales staff was professional, I received regular email updates as the diamond ring was being made, and was also kept informed of the delivery date which came just in time for the Christmas holiday. It was a great experience.

I was searching for a site online that had engagement sets and stumbled across prime style, thank God! I was running out of options. Other places were so expensive for the size diamond I wanted and had bad reviews, even the fake ones were ridiculous. I found a beautiful ring with all real diamonds, I was able to customize it fully, and on top of that, my card had a $1000 limit so I called support and they were able to break down the price into payments. They were friendly, and very professional. The ring is impressive, the diamonds sparkle! I had doubts but trust me, if you're skeptical dont worry, my experience was well worth it!
