It was easy to find what I wanted to buy and I think the worst part was waiting for it to ship. I wanted to surprise my wife asap. But when it came in she was so excited about and she loves it witch is what matters the most.

I have used primestyle for 5 years now and they’re such great value for me. The items are always valued at least x2 of the price I paid for them. I had a slight issue with my last 2 orders but Thomas sorted it out to my satisfaction. Their after sales care and customer service is very much available for every purchase. I can’t imagine using any other company for my jewellery.

Ring arrived on time, and was even nicer than the pictures made it look. Sizing was perfectly accurate. I went around looking for rings near where I'm from, but the closest match with the same carat total was $8000. Very good value for money in my opinion.

I got my wife a 5 yr anniversary ring. She loves it. it is good quality and looks great. Delivery was quick and it was sent certified mail and had to be signed for so they did everything they could to make sure we received it through the shipping process. Very happy with the overall purchasing process and quality of the jewelry.

Took a chance on Primestyle and couldn't be happier. Bought a pair of diamond studs for the wife and she loves them. Diamonds are brilliant and the gold settings are well made. I will buy from them again.

The customer experience is excellent. The customer service interaction was very good, being able to chat online and directly over the phone was great especially when I am in Australia.
The items that I have bought have always been of the best quality.
I always recommend PrimeStyle to anyone that I here talking about jewelry and I know that a couple of my friends have already purchased from PrimeStyle.

The live help isn't much help. They have about the standard jewelry store associate's knowledge of their product, so asking jeweler specific questions will yield more frustration than answers. The markup "regular price" is laughable. That is no one's regular price and only listed as such to make you more appreciative of the "deal" you're getting - which is probably closer to 10 - 20% off the industry average. The product, however, was exactly as described and I like it very much.
