PAY ATTENTION AT DELIVERY, BE THERE AND RECORD THE OPERATIONS.
When the driver arrived for delivery of tonne bags of sand and tiles, I opened the sliding gate in front of him and everything was working perfectly. When he left one post was bent causing the gate to overrun out of the guide and not closing properly in the guide on the opposite post. The driver denied responsibility and the company said that without a video reporting the incident, they do not recognize liability. So I have to pay for the repair.

UPDATE: One person from the sales team of the company stated that the driver who made the delivery had knocked off posts fences and even a wall in other properties as well. SO RECORD THE DELIVERY.
In my instance they stated they have proof they have not cause the damage by they refuse to share them.

Update after the answer: yet they are not willing to share their proofs.

It was so easy to navigate the Web site and to buy what you want. Very good customer experience in letting you know what's going on.

The pavers are good but the delivery was not so good, just left outside our gates, did not bother to ring to tells us they were there.

Ordered and paid for 2 bulk bags of blue slate to be phoned the next day to be told they don't deliver to my address I check and read thur there delivery description nothing to say they don't deliver to ni unlike all other places that don't deliver they did not make this information accessible now I've to wait 3-5 working days on a refund waste of time

I ordered a hearth from these guys and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. The communication was superb from start to finish and team members that I spoke to including Kelsey, Donna and I think a chap named Lee, were all exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a couple of changes to my drawing and decided to opt for delivery after I'd already stated that I would collect and these issues were dealt with immediately and very easily. I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again and it's no wonder they've got 5 stars on the reviews. A pleasure to do business with!
