Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. In all transparency, At the beginning after creating my quote, I did not have the highest hopes, but Laura got in contact with me an explained the quote process and that what I filled out was complete. Did not make a decision until a couple months later, and created a new quote with more accurate options and once again Laura picked up right where we left off, and adjusted my initial quote easily. Payment was smooth and we were off once I uploaded my document (also super easy). Email notifications throughout the whole process. Sam did an excellent job explaining the process and the dimensions of my artwork (came from another company that sent out a downloadble version to everyone, and very few physical copies to competition winners). Sam extended the bleed area and made the process seamless, all of the copies came out exactly how I wanted, and I thank Sam for making the edits and notes he did for my experience to be that much more flawless. I'm not sure if I was meant to receive two extra copies (7 total, ordered 5), but that's even better for the lovely experience I had dealing with multiple team members, and the process being easy and updated throughout every step was amazing! Thank you team, I will definitely return if I need other comic services!

They go above and beyond with their customer service, their production process, and delivery service. I can't recommend them enough. They also have some pretty cool merch (love the ninja mask which helps me bike in the winter) and the ninja pens are so cool too! Print Ninja is the first company I think of when I meet new artists/writers/community organizations that need fast, reliable, and affordable printing services. I will continue to use them for years.

Great option for low moq 5.5 x 8.5 books
**This was through Printninja's domestic printing service for a 5.5 x 8.5 perfect bound, full color booklet.**
I chose Printninja because they offered sub 50 MOQs at a price that even beat out a certain-competitor-that-starts-with-M's pricing on books at this specific size.
Their customer service is miles better than M's. First off, you send in a file and a REAL LIFE HUMAN (ours was Jen, who was great) will look over it and send you the proof and personal feedback. My initial file did not include bleed and Jen was able to add a pseudo bleed herself to fix the issue. We ended up fixing the bleed issue on our end but just having someone willing to try their best to fix it on theirs was amazing. She was incredibly paitent because we went back and forth like 5 times before I approved of the proof. Does M do this? No! They just have an automated proof and expect you to find errors and fix them.
When I got the books, they were gorgeous, matched the proof, and well made as expected. However, there was a wrinkle in all the tops of the books that they told me was an issue with their gluing placement that they will fix. It was a minor issue and I was satisfied with a 10% overrun on my next purchase, but it does bring into question of their quality checking.
From a pure price perspective M is cheaper than here if you have a book that's larger than 5.5 x 8.5 (in our case it was A5, which was technically larger because the width was 5.8, even if the surface area was the same). Even if they say you can request a quote adjustment if your book is smaller than the next size bracket it will still be a lot more than the smaller size option.
What I'd like to see is Printninja offering art prints and bookmarks (if you do already, sorry, but I didn't see it on the site) like M since they already have the material and equipment to do so. Especially if they offered multiple design splitting like Catprint. For the projects I do, mini prints and bookmarks are addons with the book so adding these would be an all in one shop for me.
Overall, I liked Printninja's quality and service and will order from there again.
