I've ordered a few times now and prints have always been delivered on time. Today I accidentally chose normal post instead of express, emailed them and it was rectified within 5 minutes. Ordering is very simple and I've always been happy with what I've received

Amazing quick service.
On my second order I forgot to add one item for printing. I emailed straight away as I would have been paying extra postage for 6 sheets. They emailed straight back, put a hold on the order I'd already sent and then got me to email what I needed done as an extra then sent the invoice to be paid. In less than 2 minutes, it was sorted.
I will most definitely be using this company again for all my work printing needs, fast service, excellent communication, quick postage, good quality product.

I ordered at 0700am on Wednesday and paid for express overnight delivery. It won't be delivered until Monday! Disgraceful FALSE advertising! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Purchased two A1 prints. Despite an initial error the print online team resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, great customer care.

Because they do not have the ability to show you a preview of your printed items today I received some posters I had made for my charity fundraiser and the writing is so blurry that people can’t even be able to see what they can win. Absolute waste of money.

All they do is run it through a colour printer. Colour printing comes up with white edges.
Nobody looks at it and booklets don't print correctly and no refund.

Watch out!
There is no indicator in their website showing if you order after 2 PM it will go to next working day. And overnight delivery is totally lie. Friday order 3 pm. Delivered on Wednesday. And I live in metro suburb paid extra 17$ for “express” delivery.
And results are worse than my regular inkjet printer.

They accidentally sent me wrong order. I needed it the very next day, when I contacted them, they said they can't promise that and sent a refund. Mistakes happen, even to me. I appreciate they're upfront and fair! I'll be back next time

They don't have direct number . You can only contact them via email. Which they don't respond. I placed an order before realising this. I emailed them within 5min but they didn't cancel my order and in 10min I receive an email saying its processed. so they processed 500pages in 10min of Online order! Don't order from this business.

UPDATE: After a bit of email to & fro, PrintInline have reprinted my order as per requests.

After previously using service to print colour cover and B&W inner pages, this time notes section of order was not working. I was advised by Chat function to send an email and all would be fine. Later was advised via email that this could not be done and have not been able to obtain resolution to problem. Still waiting on response from company

Advertises “order before 2PM for overnight delivery” but this is false and misleading. Our posters took over FOUR NIGHTS to arrive and were unusable. We ended up using KwikKopy, who fulfilled their quick delivery and got us the posters before the function.
