Ordered two mugs with custom designs, one b&w and one pop-art. Both designs are very clear on the mug and the colours are excellent. My only negatives are that there's no option for different fonts or text sizes, and there should be an option to preview your design on the mug as opposed to just seeing the image with the text below it.

Delivery was quick. Chose the next day option and received them within 24 hours of ordering.

I ordered a photo-mug late on a Saturday evening but requested cancellation the same evening when I realised the photo would be smaller than I wanted. I didn't get a response until 1.30 on the Monday afternoon, when I was informed that my e-mail had not been read in time to stop the mug from going into production. I thought this was poor customer service and won't use the company again, but the photo-mug was well made so in fairness I've given three stars.

Perfect product, just as advertised. Has brought big smiles to the recipients’ faces!

The finished product was not at the quality I expected as it looked like something had gone wrong with the printing. I contacted Printster with photos of the finished product and a copy of the original uploaded image. The customer service team were very quick in contacting me and arranging for replacements to be sent. However, the replacements had exactly the same issue as the original prints, so clearly no-one had actually looked at the issue I originally complained about or had done anything to rectify it. Bit of a waste of time and materials really.

Very easy Web site. Quick delivery. Will certainly use again.

I ordered 2 mugs and one came with the handle completely smashed. Sent several emails and zero response . Terrible service

Placed order 2nd dechave still not received received order was toldorderhadbeen deliveredbyroyal mail on 29th nov didn’t place order till 2nd dec was then told 5days ago order was with Royal Mail still waiting

Brought a mug and gift box for a Christmas present. They only sent the mug but no gift box. When I asked for a refund on the gift box they wouldn't/didn't even refund me for the full amount I paid extra for the missing gift box.

Left with a taccy overpriced mug with no box. What a waste of money and time. Will NEVER use this company again and I recommend you shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Photo mugs are good.
Don't bother paying extra for the delivery as it arrived late anyway.

I order masks for a friends party and received them the day before. Unfortunately of an entirely different person.

I ordered some masks for a 21st and paid the large charge for next day delivery I received an email after full payment to say my item was ready and estimated delivery the next day, 8 days later it arrived, but the party was over, they have unhelpful and unapologetic, this is false advertising l live outside the UK and trusted that this company’s offering was genuine and true. The said all delivery dates from Royal Mail are an estimate, but 8 days later for next day is a farce. Don’t be fooled like I was, it was so disappointing and Printster refuse to take any responsibility

Terrible quality, poor service. A 5 years old could have painted the mug. Colours clashed. Horrible font. I contacted customer services, but instead of offering me a replacement personalized mug they said simply that that was I'd order (an awful looking mug?) and offered me a discount for another mug! Aa if I'd use them again..

Just received my order absolutely not worth 40 odd quid!!
The logo is not straight, not even in the left breast corner properly.
Terrible quality all round.

The hoodie hasn’t even seen grey that I ordered, you’ve sent what looks like a off brown colour.
Won’t be able to use at my school, looks proper cheap. There’s been no care at all in printing the logo onto the T-Shirt whatsoever!!

Ordered some face masks for my brothers stag on the 14th July. Now the 27th July and no sight of them. They blame Royal Mail for losing them. I have an Ecom business sending 40,000 letters and parcels with Royal Mail each year. They don’t seem to lose any of mine..!

I asked for a refund as we leave today, charlotte said no because of their 10 working day policy about deliveries.

I am no longer in need of these item. The least they could do after letting me down is to refund me.

Poor service. Poor way to treat customers.

Shocking customer service - avoid at all costs!!!
I ordered a “best dads get promoted to grandad” mug for Father’s Day, whilst expecting his first grand-baby. I requested the customisation to be left blank, to which this company have turned into some kind of joke and printed “Please leave blank” onto the mug. What should be the happiest time in our lives has been turned into a joke by this company. When I spoke to Rob and asked for the details of the complaints team I was told that he would not be able to provide me with the details, and that I can’t take my complaint any further.
Absolutely disgusting. Don’t spend a penny on them.

I paid extra for a personalised hoodie to be sent to me within a few days and they sent everything else but not the main present which was the hoodie for my friends birthday. I’m not going empty handed to my friends birthday party because of it. All I got was an email saying “sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if it doesn’t arrive within 10 days!!” With no mention of compensation or a refund. I’m so disappointed as previously they have been good. Also upset that my friend won’t get his present tonight. Feel gutted to be honest!

Awful website which buffers and freezes. Postage/delivery same price as the item and then payment declined multiple times - even though no reason having checked with my bank. Does not tell you there is an error just returns you to shopping cart. Web chat support not helpful and not always responsive. I abandoned the order and placed it elsewhere within a matter of minutes.
