Its now been 19 days, I've emailed them twice with no response and my tracking number doesn't exist on the delivery service.
Absolute thieves !

I had an issue and reported it got quickly and efficiently resolved. Not sure about the product akkermansia as only started taking it 2 weeks ago but so far so good. Please contact them before complaining on reviews

The whole experience from ordering to delivery is perfect

I placed an order two weeks ago and did not receive all the items I paid for. I messaged several times to find out what happened and requested a partial refund, but I’ve yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing. Shocking service—definitely would not recommend.

Used this company a few times. Great products. Great service. An issue with a package on recent order - speedy, personal replies and issue resolved immediately. Will be using again!

I did not receive my items. They do not reply satisfactorily just said it was delivered. I havent a clue if they send for a signature delivery. It was delivered and just left in a communal area. So they have to contact the post office and make a claim apparently so I can get a refund. I have no idea whats going on as they have not replied. DO not order as the delivery seems to me a joke and so far no refund of over 60 pounds. I have contacted them on resolver as they dont reply on the form submission but still just telling me it was delivered. Well I dont have my package 11 days later. I will never use them again.

Website stated that product will be delivered in 2-3 working days and it has now been 6 working days with no sign the product has been shipped, I’ve received no tracking details and when I emailed customer service I got an extremely vague response so I emailed back again and got no response

Absolutely shiite delivery service.i ordered item early Thursday morning.it said if you order before 2pm will be delivered next day.i paid onto extra for next day delivery.today is Monday midday n still not delivered.bear that in mind.

Scam company. Would stay clear. Absolutely no communication and haven't received a refund for non-delivery.

Tried many products from pro hormones, everything dose what it's supposed too. I'm a big fan of Mk ultra, recently had a product sent back by the delivery company as ai wasn't in for it. Pro hormones sent it back to me no extra charge. Great products, fantastic customer service.

I made an order on Thursday night for Testaflex, it was posted Friday morning and arrived for the Saturday morning so impressed with that. Also i asked a few questions about the product and was answered very quickly and i was told to keep in touch which was good to know the company cares, because a lot of big companies just want to sell you and then they're done with you, but Pro Hormones actually seemed interested.

Only just started product, i hope it works and will update on that soon. But thanks to the company so far for being top notch 😎👍

They do not refund you like promised.

I emailed them asking for a refund and sent the items back, no one answered and they ignored me. Do not trust this company.

4 orders 2 are sealed and 2 are broken. I have tried the pr3 pre workout and was shocked at how good it was. Hydrolyte and ashwaganda was broken seals and the electrolytes seal was burnt on the inside !
Would get 5 stars if the seals weren't broken. Can't take the risk of contamination

Problem with late delivery and I have had to chase rather than them keep me updated.

Excellent fast delivery and top products.
