Where the hell is my order emailed you 3 times now and no reply it's a joke over £100 spent dpd declined my delivery to safe place and sent it back! Yous have made no attempt to contact me, to let me know or tryed to send it back or even give me a refund.

WHERE IS MY ORDER???

I ordered 3 things, 2 came but missing one! I wouldnt really mind but the item im missing was the most expensive one!

I emailed them and let them know, they got back to me within a few days and sent the product with next day delivery!

Sent an order back and was promised a refund via email two weeks ago, nothing refunded to my account and now ignoring every email. So I will try again on here, can somebody please respond to me please

I bought tongat ali from them and it's fake because I have bought the same medicine from somewhere else they were genuine. I have contacted them but no reply from them over a week now . avoid this website I don't know what other fake items they se here . BE WARNED!

Made my first order online over Easter. Due to the break one item was out-of-stock however this was fine as was made aware over email.

I have seen some reviews saying the company doesn't respond or are slow to respond - I disagree with this.

The guys on the e-mail also answered additional questions I asked on the product.

I ordered the VASOSTIM (pre-workout) and MEGATREN (supplement) and will leave a review about each item on their site after my course.

Would I order from them again? Yes
Am I happy with their customer service? Yes

These guys are fantastic!!

I had a slight issue with my delivery so I emailed their support team in the evening…I got a response within 10 minutes!!

Not only did they respond out of hours but they resolved the issue instantly. Superb service in this day & age! They even took onboard my feedback and made some instant changes on their website. As a business owner myself I know how important this is, but also how easily service can be compromised, especially the bigger you get.

Credit to the team at prohormones..I haven’t actually tried the products yet, but based on the reviews and quality of service, I have no doubt they will be excellent!!

Superb company with really good supplements. For example the ZMA is all the Glycinate form of Zinc and Magnesium, which you rarely see. Delivery is really as well. Trusted Company for me.

I am happy with the service, very good customer service. I needed to communicate with the company and they were very quick to respond!

Sadly at the moment the Diuretix do not seem to have any effect after 3 weeks and tend to make me feel a little nauseous but still early stages and will persevere as I have bought 4 in total. If I have wasted my money then so be it. Then will revert to Aquaflow

dont buy from them !! they are very good when day a sell the product, bet when need send back refund they charge for something and refund just half and yet saying that not supposed refund!! please be careful!!

Ordering is easy with discount codes available and delivery is prompt.

Ordered my order during Black Friday, took 3 weeks to arrive instead of the standard 5-7 days, when it did arrive it was completely wrong, and contacted the company in all forms but no response. Whereas before I received it they were very responsive

Paid for next day delivery yet 9 days later my order has still not been shipped nor have I received any updates. I have contacted prohormones 3 times this week and have not received a single response back - terrible service, do not use this company.
