I ordered a case for my iPad and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Contacted the store by chat and they sent a return label and said when it was returned they would send the right size. Fifteen days after they received the return no case and no refund. So much for customer service.

The case frame was sewed on backwards. It seems like there was no quality control inspection, just ship it, someone will buy it. Very poor quality in my opinion.

the case does not self support the ipad. this is not much better than having a plastic cover over it.

I have an iPad Pro 9.7 inch, so it’s quite old and hard to find cases that are not on Amazon. Luckily, ProCase had a simple case they offer, and it gets the job done in protecting the back and front of my tablet. My case states it was made in China, but I think if ProCase made their products in the USA, they would definitely earn a 5-star rating, but for now, my rating is a 4-star.

Shipping was fast and easy. The case is so simple to put on. The case price was cheap but it’s durable. Especially if you’re looking for a minimalist look then this is the case for you. The only “negative” thing I have to say is that the keyboard cover doesn’t really line up with the icons on the keys, but it does work. Overall, this case is worth it if you want that clean, minimal look and it was worth getting.

You give the people what they want , a case with coverage on the edges, a good magnet and no doodads, kind of like the original Apple cases before they went high in price and low in quality.

Fast Delivery

Love the product and fast service. A month after I purchased it the lens cover would not stay shut. That is the only issue that I have with the case

I misunderstood the item, as I also expected a protection screen for my iPad 11 Pro.

The case is sturdy and well made. It fits my iPad perfectly. I expect that it will last for many years.

I ordered online, it said package delivered, the package was in fact not delivered and was never received

How is everything I expected of Amazon when it was still the best place to shop online. Free two day overnight shipping on even low price items and the tempered glass screen protector was well packaged with clear instructions on installation. Will buy again in the future.

I ordered a Gen4 case instead of M4.
original order process not up to standard of other online sellers. didnt include immediate estimated delivery date.
return process a pain while agent was cordial.
a small item but I resent a 15% re-stock fee when i think the difference between a Gen4 and M4 is not common knowledge to non-tech folks like myself. My time is valuable to me and evidently not to Procase.
re product quality- pretty good and i like that its a 360 rotating case without a trackpad ( which i find of little use on an ipad attached to case.)
I've owned a procase 360 before and found it of high quality and I'm hooked on 360 rotation to allow easy switching between reading position and typing position.
wish they had a version for the "M4". they don't.
probably won't buy from them again due to glitchy sales confirmation/shipping date process and difficulty with return.
Procase- how about something like- "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand that the difference between the M4 and Gen 4 models can be confusing. please return for a full refund"

BE VERY careful. If the product is unsatisfactory, their return policy is such that it may not even be reasonable to return it. ON a $16 purchase I was expected to pay return postage ($10.50) and be charged a 15% restocking fee ($2.40) for a actual refund of $3.10. I'E', not worth the time or effort
