The shop is bright and enviting and well stocked. Staff are always so helpful. Always a lovely experience being in the shop.

I went into store to find some cutlery, found the right set with a promotional price (i was informed by the store assistant), and end up buying a second set.

The staff were very helpful and asked if we found all we were looking for in store,

I have never been in Procook ,so was very pleased by the range and the pleasent staff.

Helpful, friendly staff

I popped into Castlepoint customer service looking for new saucepans for my kitchen as I'd moved from electric to induction, the sales lady was super helpful, she talked me through all of the options explaining the difference between the price points, the benefits of each, advised me to consider buying their 'Cookwear Sets' of pans rather than individual if I needed more than a couple and even suggested that if I wasn't in an immediate hurray that I wait two weeks until the bank holiday weekend when there would be a 20% sale on, because of this information I actually spent more than I had initially intended on a higher end product but got way more for my money than I thought I would do. Everyone is a winner and I absolutely love my Elite Signature pans, they are beautiful to look at as well as great to cook with - Top marks to the sales lady, that in my opinion is service excellence and I will buy more from ProCook as a result.

Yes the young lady took time to explan the differences between the saucepans sets as I was looking for light set to use plus other pieces that I can build on my set.Sorted out the delivery for me aswell to come to home

Well it was just a surprise. I'd never been before and was absolutely blown away by the range of products and the unbelievable prices. And a lovely helpful girl behind the desk. It's a bit of a hike to get there for me, but don't think I would go anywhere else now for kitchen stuff. Brilliant.

Good stock and range of products

This is one of my favourite shops. The staff are nothing but helpful and every product I have purchased has been high quality and well made.

The lady in the shop was very helpful and answered all our questions with ease . She also gave us a guide line on how to use the saucepan we bought .
