A very nice shopping experience
Staff very helpful and friendly. The shop we purchased our items from was clean and well laid out. Although our purchase was a bit expensive, the items were quality.

Friendly approachable staff.
Staff give u time to look around n get a good look at items for sale and any offers before they pounce on you.
They DON’t ponce on you, they approach politely and check if there is anything they can do for you!
Very courteous- great PR and I would definitely choose Pro Cook again should the need arise!

Brilliant ice cream maker
Really friendly assistance in the shop. Gave great advise on the product and she wasn’t wrong. The ice cream maker is so easy to use. Mix your ingredients and turn it on. In an hour you will have the most delicious ice cream

I must admit that I found the instructions for the Procook pressure cooker and Airfryer not as clear as could be, however on ringing the store at Freeport I was given very useful and professional help. I love the device especially as I have used the Sous-vide and Slow cooker function also.

The staff were so helpful to me when choosing a knife set. I absolutely loved that there were fruit and vegetables available to try them out on and indeed I bought a set of your own knives. They are impressively sharp. I will be back for other things.
