Knife set was great value with a good guarantee.

Make sure you can afford to buy twice.

You’ll buy once, then you’ll buy again to replace the products you already bought because they refuse to honour their guarantees.

Having explained, in GREAT DETAIL, what we would be using the pans for, we were told they would be, “Perfect”.

Well that was not true! The pans were ruined within a few uses. We did not abuse the pans we used them for exactly what they are supposed to be used for.

We complained to customer services. They accepted that we were, “Badly advised”, by their staff but refused to give us new pans under guarantee.

We will never use this company again.

For quite a small shop there is a very good selection of kitchen items. Good quality at a good price

Customer service rep came over to ask if we wanted help, we said we were trying to decide between a few options (kitchen knives) - answer was "OK" and walked off. Not much help.

Very helpful told me what i needed when told what i needed the pot for and bought the pot left it there went shopping and picked it up when finished great customer service

Staff were really helpfull and knowledgeable

We spent many hundreds of pounds here. We will not do so again. Not ever and would advise anyone else to be very careful indeed. We asked a great many questions over many visits to make sure our purchases were spot on. The frying pans were shockingly bad though! If you plan on using frying pans to, say, fry things - YOU CANNOT! Whatever you are told in the shop YOU CANNOT USE PANS TO: sear scallops, sear a steak, crisp bacon, flambé anything at all, cook a well done steak and so so so much more you cannot use the pans for. You can talk to customer services sure, but they will NOT honour the guarantee. Before you buy ANYTHING from this company make sure you read every last piece of small print on every single product. Do NOT, whatever you do, believe what you are told in the shop. The customer service people accepted that I was given wrong advice in the shop BUT because I did not read the small print BEFORE I bought the pans they will not honour their guarantee. The pans are now in the bin!

Helpful staff and great product

Added to a few of the pans I bought a little while ago. I love the professional set - wished I had invested earlier. Excellent quality. Fast delivery.

They always an excellent and varied chose. I enjoy going into the shop and find something that is very handy and good quality.

I’ve been wanting a decent set of knives for a long time and went to have another look to check out the range.
This review is not about the product but the staff. I found one person in particular to be totally disinterested and offered no advice or expertise at all. What handles were good; type if knife etc Nothing. I made my choice and spent over £200. I was offered no aftercare instructions where I heard another member of staff giving help to other customers eg dont put in dishwasher; oil the bamboo chopping board etc.
if I didn’t want the knives at that time I would have gone elsewhere.

We were looking for steak knives ones like Miller & Carter use. The gent whom served us was helpful and efficient, we were able to look at the knives and compare it to a screenshot I had on my phone. Pleased to say they were the same and we made a purchase. We've yet to use them but there a good weight and chunky steak knife with a good price and long warranty..
