It was nice to be able to see the range of pans and to feel the weight of them. The store was well lit and accessible, even for my wheelchair using wife. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful when outlining the best care for the pan I purchased. A great shopping experience

very Friendly staff
I arrived shortly before store closure and the staff was really lovely and helpful in guiding me to find what I needed. The replacement glass for a cafetière I broke was very good value in store in comparison to other stores online. Also it was the first time I heard of that shop and I was pleasantly surprised by it and the products on sale.

Product seems good but when we returned to the store to purchase more of the same product we are told that there was a multi buy offer that was not told to us when we made the first purchase. The company should make sure customers are correctly informed of offers, there was no mention of the offer at the point of stock or around the shop. disappointed
