Excellent customer service by the girl in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful about lid loosening gadget, coffee mugs (only three in shelf and we wanted four, which meant a lot of extra work for her searching but she did it.) THANK YOU.

My husband and I are out on our…
My husband and I are out on our anniversary and we’ve always wanted to look in your shop and as we’ve received a lot of anniversary money through presents, we’ll have a look in your shop. We were looking for a knife sharpener and a couple of knives. We had the most amazing service and we ended up buying a pizza oven spending a lot more than we thought we would and we just had the most amazing surface. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but it was on the 18th of August in the afternoon. She was so helpful. She explained everything about certain nice that we wanted the knife sharpener which is absolutely amazing. The knives are so sharp now my husband‘s even cut his finger cause they’re so sharp still showed us on her phone about a colleague who had cooked pizza. I showed us what it looked like and she just took such a lovely time out before us, thank you very much procook
