The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Called store to ensure kettle was in stock; staff ready and willing to assist once arriving, remembering my call; product paid for and receipt emailed. Kettle looks good and works excellently. What's not to recommend? Need a shop in Cheltenham.
