There were only 3 matching bowls on show but I needed four. Two members of staff searched in the stockroom until they found a box of four for me ! Very satisfied with help given.

Great customer service between shops
Great communication between shops. We found a cup we liked but needed a dozen, more than the Gateshead shop had. They found more at Dalton Park shop and arranged for them to be put aside so we could pickup them up later.

We bought a wok
We bought a wok. A bit concerned because we have bought frying pans from other businesses and haven't worked very well on our induction hob. This wok worked very well .I may add. What I was disappointed with was this wok came without a lid. The display pan had a lid so I picked up the pan below, which was in a carton. It wasn't conveyed to us that the pan was without lid. So I felt a bit misled and now have to make another journey to buy the lid at probably a more expensive price.

Back on leaf tea and this is a great little pot. Nice to see the tea brewing, and flavour is a treat.

Bought an enamel baking tray which’s seems to be very good quality when compared to my old “Teflon” one which was peeling from the metal. Time will tell ,though the new one has a long guarantee.
