Back for more because they're excellent quality
We got ProCook pans for our wedding 21 years ago and they've served us very well. So when we got a new induction oven and needed new pans, ProCook wqs the obvious choice. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and we were able to put together our own 10 piece set to exactly meet our family's needs, plus pickjng up a couple of knives and an excellent garlic press (so hard to find!) while we were there. Thanks ProCook, your customer loyalty is well deserved.

ProCook make a range of good quality…
ProCook make a range of good quality products at reasonable prices. I have been particularly impressed with the quality of their top of the range tri-ply pans. So much better than other brands considered premium.
They are very good to their staff I hear and they are a B Corp so are not focused only on profit.

ProCook Experience
I always love buying stuff from ProCook. Their products are always high quality and the staff are always nice ( can only speak for the ones I've been to, Hatfield and Braintree village ).
What I love more though is walking through their store. I always love looking at all the different products they offer and be able to touch the high quality items.
I recently bought a 5 piece stainless steel set after buying a single stainless steel pan, now I want to buy every item they have under the stainless steel range.

We bought a measuring Jug from Pro Cook at Hatfield galleria which we did not notice had a crack were the handle joined the bowl.
However without a formal request Procook have offered to replace the item by post so we do not have to maker the journey back to Hatfield.
Pro cook products are of excellent quality but a company can not only be judged when things go well but also when things go wrong. Procook seem to be a company that sells excellent high quality products but also look after the customer when things go wrong.
