Amazing knife with a high quality and affordable price.

We were served by a lovely lady, I think her name might have been Vera( Friday 14thNov.). She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very personable. She assessed our need, presented a number of excellent options and helped us make our final decision. We ended up buying more items , not because she was pushy ( I hate that), quite the opposite, her product knowledge and understanding of small details was excellent and reassuring. We would definitely seek her out in the future for any further purchases.

The staff were super very friendly and helpful, I was attending a Conference at the Intercontinental hotel, and during a breakout session on Tuesday I went into the O2. I purchased a few items in Pro Cook including 3 knives which were wrapped and boxed. On leaving the hotel on Wednesday morning I intended to come back into the O2 but was asked by security to put my bags into the x-ray machine. I was informed as there were knives in my luggage I was not allowed access even though I had the receipt. I appreciate that this is the procedure but feel that the dialogue between the O2 and Pro Cook perhaps needs some explanation for purchase of knives.
