I bought bowls directly from the Precook O2 shop and I’m really pleased with it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let me look at a few options before choosing. The bowl feels sturdy, looks great in my kitchen, and has been perfect for cooking and serving. It was also reasonably priced. Overall a really positive shopping experience and a product I’d happily recommend.”

The customer service was good but the product I bought was not good at all. It didn’t last more than 2weeks. According to staff it’s wear and tear.
To me, it’s a product that should last at least a year.
