Great products at Pro Cook
Both my husband and me love shopping at Pro Cook in Rushden Lakes. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The products they offer are very reasonably priced and we have bought quite a few things from them, as the range they offer is second to none. The fastest product ive bought is a breadmaker, it has had really good reviews and I can't wait to try it out

Very helpful staff…
I was assisted by a very helpful lady and I was able to walk out with what I wanted. My wife was very pleased with the item I came home with after her previous one which broke after 8 years of daily use. ProCooks range definitely are of better quality so I'm sure this one will last a lot longer than 8 years.

The range of products available are generally of a very high standard, e.g 25 year guarantee on cooking pans, obviously need to be well made to meet that criteria.

I visited the shop 2 weeks ago and purchased set of pans and discovered one was slightly damaged get back to the shop showing the damage to the lady she was very happy to replace it and also bring it some another pans bought last year and tell them them issues and because not selling same one anymore she offered me replacement with another one and I was very pleased with the service and customer care service ABSOLUTELY 10 stars
