I was looking for some Steak knives without rivets in the handles. (As I had previously looked in Amazon despite being a customer of theirs for over 30 years and aged 72 they needed age verification and me to get a credit card.)

Back to ProCook i spoke with the young lady and she directed me to your rivetless steak knives which I must say are fantastic @ £17. Very happy customer.

There was no coasters in the shop but the staff member got on the phone to her colleague immediately. 2 days later they phoned to say they were in stock. Excellent

I chose the Professional Stainless Steel Sauteuse Pan. On purchasing I was given a care card and on first use I knew I'd made the right decision. Perfect size pan and cooked beautifully.
