I wanted a new milk pan and had looked…
I wanted a new milk pan and had looked online and seen one I liked however the staff in the shop couldn’t find it but checked and explained it was a new pan and expected in the following week.
Once I explained that I live 45 mins away she ordered it online and had it delivered directly to my house.
The staff are so friendly knowledgeable but best of all not pushy to buy
The pan is great exactly what I wanted

A friendly store
The staff member I approached was knowledgeable and able to assist me with my choice. The store was clean and inviting. Not every item had a price displayed and I had to inquire but was assisted speedily

Purchased an oven tray with a ten year…
Purchased an oven tray with a ten year guarantee. Used once and already has two scratches on it. Not good quality. Will be returning it to the store for a full refund.
