The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Nice polite staff
Nice polite, helpful staff. Had everything I needed. I've not used the pan or can opener yet but the garlic press is good. Sturdy and does the job. Reasonable prices. Nice bright, tidy, well organised store. Would recommend.

Return dealt with very professional and friendly.
The lady that served me was very helpful and apologetic. My return of the faulty jug was dealt with very professionally and with a polite and friendly manner. I was given a replacement measuring jug and told the matter would be passed up the line with the lettering coming off the jug.
Well done and very friendly, thankyou for the good service.
