Adam has been my account manager for over a year now at Progressive Property. He has been very supportive and an excellent communicator. Always available to speak to and very conscientious with any requests/ needs.
A great support in the property/ business journey. Keep up the great work Adam.

I get the feeling that Progressive, at large are not only in it, to increase their wallet, ( which they are entitled to) but to increase financial, business, property, etc. knowledge and genuinely go over and above to help those, who are willing to pursue their dream.

A lot was covered and promises kept. All the staff were nice to talk to, Lunch was great. The sessions were not boring, full of laughter, love and learning and I met some wonderful, like minded people. Highly Recommended.

It was great and new experience being in that environment, like walking into a new dimension and i like it. Nerves but waiting for 6 months to pass to see where I'm at..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Training – Kevin McDonnell’s No Money Down Course Sets the Standard

I recently completed Kevin McDonnell’s No Money Down course with Progressive Property, and it was genuinely one of the most valuable property training experiences I’ve ever had. Kevin has a rare ability to break down complex creative finance strategies into clear, practical, step-by-step methods that you can immediately apply in the real world.

His teaching style is engaging, honest, and full of real-life examples that build confidence and remove the fear around deal structuring. The level of detail he shares — from finding opportunities, speaking with vendors and agents, analysing deals properly, through to securing win-win agreements — is exceptional. You can tell he has personally done everything he teaches.

What stood out most is Kevin’s genuine passion for helping people progress. He doesn’t just deliver information; he empowers you with the mindset, tools, and scripts needed to succeed. By the end of the course, I felt equipped and motivated to go out and implement creative strategies with clarity and confidence.

If you’re serious about expanding your property skills, unlocking new ways to do deals, or getting started without large deposits, Kevin’s No Money Down training is absolutely first-class. Highly recommended.

Still refuses to honour the money back guarantee leaving us with no choice but to take legal action.

Progressive Property are a great training company, I have been a customer for many years now training

The No Money Down event was a refreshed course that motivates me to reach my goal. Additionally, I have the chance to network with people from different cities across the United Kingdom and improve my knowledge by working with the expert staff teams led by Kevin during the three fantastic days at Progressive Property.

I bought a course online after a Webinar i attended. 2 days later I had to go abroad for 4 months so I cannot attend. I contacted them and they said there is a no refund policy. This was not mentioned on the Webinar at no point. Before I bought this course again nowhere was this visible that they do not offer a refund.
If i was aware of this I would never of purchased this. For a company that boost about all the money they are making through property's,it's a bit strange that they don't issue refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY MAKE OUT!!
SCAM!!!

Kevin McDonnell No money down Brilliant course, far too much information to be able to process straight away.
The support you receive from progressive is brilliant.
