Progressive Property Reviews

Absolutely brilliant, Kevin blew my mind with his knowledge of property and how to attain property creatively

Would recommend 100%

Absolute bombardment of emails and phone calls after i told them I wasn’t interested, unsubscribed and told them if I get anymore I will write a review and so here I am as yet another call and message left today! Awful sell tactics which border on harassment. Shame to get poor reviews if the actual event is useful but I wouldn’t know as I was out off beforehand

I was eager to book onto one of their courses as on the face of it they seem great, however after signing up for more details I have been bombarded with calls from their overly pushy and aggressive salesman Alessio, who always seems to call at the most inconvenient times and then proceeds to strongarm you into paying over the phone, despite giving the bare minimum details about what you're actually paying for. I can't speak for the course itself as I haven't tried it, and won't be after dealing with Alessio.

the people at progressive are warm, energetic and full of knowledge.

Kevin is one of one and super inspiring, as well as many other members in the community.

Hi, can you please get back to me?
I’ve sent three messages through customer service and haven’t received a response.
I signed up for a money-making school that I want to cancel, but I haven’t been able to.
Can you please help? email me please

I did the No Money Down training with Kevin McDonnell and was mind blowing!
Brilliant course, highly recommend, will be doing more with Kevin in the future!

Toni Grand and Darron Williams recently delivered an outstanding presentation on the BRRR masterclass. Toni’s entire team responded promptly and thoroughly to all questions, providing me with an exceptional understanding of the entire process.

A lot of information to take in but Toni gave all the information at the right time, she made it fun and enjoyable and completely recommended it. It’s really open my eyes to property.

Thanks to everyone involved.

Just completed 3 days of Rent 2 Rent and No Money Down training with Kevin McDonnell. What a fantastic course that really built upon what I had learned from reading Kevin's book several times. Kevin and Emerald were speaking throughout the weekend and were both extremely knowledgeable and delivered the course with great humor to keep us engaged, whilst confirming our understanding throughout. Other mentors were helping to answer any questions, so it really was an informative weekend. The evening meals were a great way to network with like-minded individuals. I cannot rate this enough if you want to learn the techniques that can change your life.

IT WOULD ONLY HAVE TO SAY OVER THE THREE DAYS OF TRAINING WITH KEVIN MCDONALDS DIRECT DELIVERY WAS GREAT.
KEVIN MADE SURE WE ALL UNDERSTOOD BEFORE MOVING ONTO EACH TOPIC, HUMOUR WHICH IS GREAT.
BEING ABLE TO NETWORK THE ROOM, WHICH IS BENEFICAL.
THE TEAM MEMBERS SHARING THEIR EXPERIENCE'S WHEN JOINING, EMERALD AND SEAN,BOTH SPOKE ABOUT THEIR JOURNEYS. THIS HAD ME BUZZING , MORE SO THAT I WANT TO GET BACK MY LIFE BY TAKING THIS LEAP TO SUCESS WITH THE PROGRESSIVE MENTOR TEAMS SUPPOPRT.

REFRESHMENTS GREAT

THANK YOIU, LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS JOURNEY!

Did Kevin McDonnell No Money Down training - A walking encyclopaedia of property buying and deal making - Thanks Kevin and team

Kevin McDonnell No Money Down course was really energetic and filled with easy to understand content

Just finished a very informative 3 days doing No Money Down training with Kevin McDonnell.
Great guy, very knowledgeable, and the man knows his stuff. Not just great content, but backed so with live examples and real deals that he has done. Some great case studies.
I would highly recommend progressive property and in particular Kevin McDonnell, the king of No Money Down!

I did Kevin Mc Donnell’s No Money Down & Rent to Rent training and I have never been on anything like it and this is after owning 2 Buy To Lets for 18 years. Everything he said was backed with evidence and when questions were asked even more evidence was shown. I left the training feeling very equipped, inspired and raring to go. Most importantly, I left with a changed mind. Thanks Kevin.

Great no money down training with Kevin Mc Donnell. Excellent coach and really knows his stuff

The No Money Down Training of Kelvin McDonnell was really exciting and it wasn't a waste of money. He is really a street smart man.

I know I wrote a review before, but I simply cannot praise Progressive enough. Whenever I speak to the lovely people at Progressive Property/Progressive Success, I wonder whether there is ever another training organisation here in the UK that cares so much about us clients and customers and wants us to succeed. A big shoutout goes to Sam, who checks in with people in The 45 group and wants to make sure we make the most of our "45 year" (we had a long chat today). And there is Awais, my Development Manager, who checks in regularly with me and - like Sam - is always there with great tips and advice.

Would not recommend renting a property from here. First of all, the agent was half an hour late to my viewing after being told he would be "5 or 10 mins". After viewing the property, I went down into the office to pay a bond of £150 in cash. At the time, I was desperate for somewhere, so I just took it anyway. An hour later, I had the opportunity to live in a better property. While I understand that at that point I had already signed something to say I would take the property, you would think with it only being an hour, they would give it back in good faith. The excuse given was that it was "policy" and they had begun referencing that, which must have been a heavy hours' worth of work to cost £150. Really disappointing.

Kevin McDonnell's No Money Down and Rent 2 Rent course was fantastic with great input from Emerald. Really illuminating. Opened my mind to a whole new world of property investment opportunity. My learning journey begins here. Thanks!

I did No Money Down and rent to rent training with Kevin McDonald. Kevin is the best and most passionate trainer I have ever see.
