Dana was GREAT!!
Dana was patient and walked me through the process . . . TWICE. I'd no more than gotten my account set up when I decided to get a business banking account instead. Dana walked me through the whole process of canceling the one account and getting the new one setup!! I wish ALL customer service was this awesome!!

Dana answered all my questions about switching from a merchant to them. The approval turnaround was within 2 hours, and she was very clear about all the fees I may have in the future. I can't wait until my equipment arrives then I can give an update but for now I am extremely happy with ProMerchant.

Dana was very helpful and she explained everything that I needed to know about the services. She walked me through the application. She answered any questions I had regarding the services, and I am very pleased. I will refer your business to other small businesses owners.

Dana Brand was most helpful. I did some research on google. I found ProMerchant was the best fit for our need. Had no idea what I was getting into. Dana walked us through the process and explained in detail how the system works as this is all so brand new to me. Had a few follow up emails and calls and she was always so attentive and patient with me. Looking forward to doing business with ProMerchant.

After using ProMerchant for a month, we are beyond happy! The savings is amazing, and the system is so user friendly. We have had no issues, and do not expect any! My only issue has been a bad phone connection when I called. The follow up on the call was so accommodating and unexpected. We changed our system in the middle of a month, and we paid more for the other guys 7 days than we paid for the remaining 21 days of ProMerchant.

If you are not using ProMerchant, I suggest you give them a call. They will save you money and make you look even better to your customer base.

Kate DiDucca with Promerchant LLC was extraordinarily helpful when we set up our credit card processing account. Not only was she just plain nice, she was endlessly patient, explained all aspects clearly and competently, and was an excellent communicator. Therefore, the entire process was smooth and easy to follow, and we received exactly what was needed for our small business. 10 Stars!!

Dana has been awesome to work with. I contacted her a few months ago for assistance, but our Board didn't get to meet to discuss pricing/application when I had anticipated. Dana kept in touch throughout the entire process, always keeping me in the loop, and allowing me to call her as I had information. This should be a 7 star review. She explained everything clearly and did not waste any time in walking me through the set up process. She quickly approved me for a plan so economical without monthly fees which works perfect for my small business. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Made joining her service a great experience!
