My business regret signing up for Slice. 1.) managing your items is so weird within their system. They trap you into a long term contract and you cannot use their equipment anywhere else after it’s even paid off. We have been with them for 2yrs. When we tried laying off the equipment they said it will cost over $3000. The whole system in general doesn’t cost that much. Do not sign with them.

System is too complicated. I have other POS IN the past and they weren’t have as difficult as this one . Very frustrating and disappointed in the product.

Do not waste your time
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Slice Merchant Services.
Our business was informed that processing fees would be passed on to customers and that any overages beyond our agreed monthly amount would be refunded. However, we have experienced charges that do not match what was represented to us, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, communication has been poor.
I have reached out numerous times seeking clarification and assistance regarding billing concerns. The lack of timely responses has created unnecessary stress and has impacted our business operations.
What concerns me most is not only the billing issues but also the difficulty in obtaining clear answers and support. Businesses rely on transparency, accurate billing, and responsive customer service. In my experience, those expectations have not been met.
I encourage any business considering this company to carefully review all agreements, monitor statements closely, and obtain written confirmation of all fee structures and refund policies.
I hope this review encourages the company to improve its communication, transparency, and customer support processes.
