Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.

As a small business owner, I trusted this company to provide transparent merchant processing and honest pricing. After reviewing my statements, I discovered a mysterious adjustment of nearly $6,000 that dramatically reduced my deposits.

To make matters worse, I have been unable to get a clear explanation or timely response regarding this charge. When thousands of dollars are missing from a business account, business owners deserve immediate answers, not silence.

I am now spending my own time investigating charges that should have been clearly disclosed and explained from the beginning. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

I would strongly encourage any business owner considering this company to thoroughly review every statement and every agreement before signing anything.

Very disappointed with my experience.

Lauren is wonderful

Lauren is wonderful. She explained everything in detail. I hesitated to switch because the last company lied to me about fees. She made me feel comfortable with switching. Delivery and set up went smoothly. Machine is easy to use. Guy who set it up was very courteous and polite.

Slice Merchant total waste of money

my agreement with Slice Merchant Company. When I signed up in November, I was explicitly told there was no lease and only a monthly fee of $29.99, with no hidden charges. However, after several months, unexpected fees kept appearing, and the customer service has been unresponsive. I was never informed this was a lease or that I would be locked into a 48-month term. This is misleading and, frankly, feels fraudulent.and now when I want to stop this service they said we cant do nothing we r just processing company we can stop the processing service. But your agreement with the slice,you have to call there. But slice company dont have the phone number only they gave the email address to email them all this is scam..and that email even its not work. I cant send the email. I called Bruce he dont want to answer my calls and did connect who he called me as business accounts manager. I texted him and calling him but both of them no response. And now Bruce he replied me here. WoW what a company. Continue took money from my businesses account. Even new account was 0 charge. Bruce plz dont misleading people.

It took several calls to get my loan…

It took several calls to get my loan agent to give me a call back. I even had an 0930 appointment for Alex to call. As the owner of a very busy taxi service, even setting aside 10 minutes for a phone call, can be challenging. And very costly if no one calls me and losing a airport schedule because of the time not being available.

Once Alex finally calls me back, we were able to track down the application I had submitted. And has been sent in for future review.
