Quick and easy setup, the customer service is superb ❤️❤️❤️

Good morning, I was in a rush to get a CC processing system for my small handyman business since the previous one and I parted ways very unexpectedly. Reached out and got a hold of Joe who was amazing from the start. Asked what all I did to make sure I got what I needed, got the application in within minutes and kept me updated through the process. After approval I still had a few questions and he had no delays in making sure to get them all answered. I will definitely be sending some people your way. Thanks Joe.

1. He was courteous & very professional with an abundance of knowledge.
2.He was able to get me set up in about 2 hours.
3. I made my first 2 credit card charges and used their mobile app, and it was user friendly. The dashboard was also user friendly on my lap top.

Joseph Mendolia is a top notch rep and if you ever get the pleasure to have him you'll see why. I called ProMerchant based upon their good reviews looking for a different credit card processing company. Alex was very helpful with my account set up. He was very attentive to my needs and patient to explain everything into detail. So far my experience is great.

I'm going to join the five star parade of reviews. I called and talked to 5 different credit card processors about switching away from a long term relationship with Elavon (Costco). My conversation with a sales rep at ProMerchant was by far the most concise and coherent. My rep radiated "full disclosure", and was up-front about all fees and "terms and conditions", normally buried in pages of fine print boilerplate. I sensed no hint of deception. He outlined how we could operate with no equipment, only a browser based Virtual Terminal. The fees were low enough for us to project saving meaningful $$$, even with low transaction volumes associated with winding down our business.

We signed up, and were approved and up-and-running by the end of the day. It took a little bit of tutoring by our rep and the support tech to get us going with the Virtual Terminal, but what a dream to use. We do no more than click on a bookmarked browser tab, login with an ID and Password, and in a few keystrokes, process a transaction. Same cost to us whether the client is standing there with card in hand, or on the phone giving us the card information. The largest variable cost component to us is if the client uses a Rewards credit card.

Enough said. So far- great, every step of the way.

I was very new at with credit card processing and didn't know much. Nicolas Lennan was my representative and was knowledgeable friendly and helpful as he educated me about the process and options available with pro merchant. Nicolas is a great asset to the company and followed through to make sure our needs were met.
