I rarely write negative reviews, don’t like to do it. However, this has to be the worst experience I’ve had ordering online in a long, long time. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, took my money, no delivery. No response to my 4 emails. No telephone or other way to contact. Just want my money back now.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped but is in stock! The delivery@protein world email address have not responded to any of my recent emails that I am chasing every few days! I also decided to message them on Instagram and on their IG posts to get their attention but no response. Quick to take the money but don’t deliver the products. It’s such a shame because the products are actually very good but the customer service is TERRIBLE (the worst I have EVER seen) and let’s not talk about shipping as clearly that doesn’t happen!

Have ordered from Protein World for the first time as I usually buy them in the stores. Paid for 1-2 day express shipping but two weeks later still no order, have sent them a DM on instagram but they ignored every message and continue to promote their products and have sent countless emails each one have been ignored. Won’t be wasting my time with this company again.

Made an order over 3 weeks ago - still haven’t received anything. Contacted customer service multiple times and they’re ignoring my emails. I’ve now had to get my bank to investigate so they can get my money back. Checked companies house and it looks like the business is about to be struck off so I’d avoid ordering from them!

I started these products on new years day as I wanted to lose some weight and the products are really tasty and are very filling.

Have enjoyed whey protein shakes from this company for some time but very recently batches have had a very nasty chemical aftertaste. Customer services have been helpful by sending out replacements but they are still gash.
Will avoid in the future as they now taste so awful.

Order of nearly £100 didn't arrive, and PW stopped responding to emails. In the end I had to to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back - there was no word from PW. I suspect there are major supply issues, so I'm baffled as to why I've suddenly started getting promotional emails as from my experience (and countless others on TrustPilot) they're obviously unable to fulfil them. I'd advise not to order from them and look to other low cal proteins like Bondi or MyProtein.

This is the 2nd order thats been so late and I'm having to chase. Change the delivery company before you loose all your customers because every order there's something wrong, they never leave a note or email to say when they're company.

Had to come on and write another review because I'm actually shocked now at this company after having to constantly chase my order for well over a week on 2 separate orders just opened my slender night tea and it's empty have emailed doubt it will a quick reply never again avoid this company

Absolutely trash, delivery service is ridiculous to think I’m paying for that service, no way, puts me off buying the products. Should change couriers, looks bad on the company.

I love the taste of these products and so do my clients. I have over 30 clients using the slender blend on a daily basis and rave out the weight loss results they have received.

I've been buying Protein World products for some time now and they never disappoint!

The first pre-workout I actually enjoyed the taste of! (Peach Tea)

Bought because it was advertised as low sugar not realising it was packed full of artificial sweeteners. So much so it's sickening even at half the recommended amount. Such a waste but it's going in the bin. Not drinkable at all.

vanilla slender blend, worst i have ever tasted, did complain about it, was like drinking powder and left mouth feeling tasting like id biten into duck down pillow, no response have been ordering for years but not anymore

Love the variety of products! Everything tastes great too. Seriously some of the best flavors I've had of any brand

Great products!! The mug cakes are a good alternative to regular cake because they are high in protein and low in sugar, and they taste so good!!

Ordered the pancakes, protein blend and granola. All taste absolutely delicious and are great in nutritional values.

My products came really quickly (within a few days) so could not be happier

I have been getting products from protein world for a few months now and they’ve always been fantastic. The delivery has always been speedy and I have never had any issues. My favourite has to be the salted caramel vegan slender blend and their wide variety on mug cakes, which are great. I’m shocked to see such bad reviews on here considering I have never had an issue and the customer service team are lovely. I highly recommend their products.
