The tyre fitter scratched my wheel but the Center Manager contacted me to apologise and then went above and beyond to remedy the matter. This included having the wheel repaired at no cost to myself.... Toon meer

Had a small problem, they sorted it without any hassle so very pleased with result. Been using their service for many years now so its nice to know that they listen.

Very impressed
Helpful and friendly staff. Fitted 4 tyres and and front wheel alignment whilst waited. I didn't have to wait long. Quoted me a price for new wheel nuts but advised me I could get cheaper elsewhere. Very impressed

Protyre staff were all very cooperative
Protyre staff were all very cooperative and understanding, we discussed the options of progressing the vehicle to pass its MOT and agreed the action. One hour later I collected the car fully MOT'd and running like a dream.
