Good customer service. Efficient MOT

Everything was straightforward. But didn't pass because of windscreen wipers. Paid for new ones and not very happy to see my car has odd ones on! 😩🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I have recenty bought tyre online from protyre bushey, tyre is really good but service not good at all I been the before 1 hour of my appointment for my fitting two tyre and they said we can't fit today because something was broke down as I feel all false for tyre change need just jack and all the way from bushy i go enfild branch to fit my tyre it eas very hectic day for me really not recommended bushy batch at all

Found lots of faults and over a week has gone by waiting for a quote to resolve .. keep saying waiting for supplier .. communication poor - after head office got involved now have a quote and car is booked in - thankyou

Dealt with a complex repair professionaly.

Only issue was I had to buy spare part from Mini

Professional service. Given regular updates whilst my car was in for repair of brakes.

Tyres pressures 10psi more than what they supposed to be. Also used old valves and valve caps

Used them 4 times in total for MOT. I have no complaints. Good service.

Went in for a service. Easy to book online, good service and my car was done in a few hours.

Rude staff and zero respect! Had a puncture repaired, £30 cash paid, rang the garage following morning to tell them tyre has gone flat . Only to be answered by a rude lady over the phone with zero customer service skills! They hold no history on my vehicle. She telling me it’s my fault for paying cash and not taking invoice. No help at all. Luckily RAC came out to rescue. They don’t help like they use to. The atmosphere in there is depressing! Did not see the happy chap behind the desk aswell! I think it’s under a new management that clearly don’t know what they are doing ! Stay well clear .

I did go to bushey protyre they lift up my car on ramp and my car stuck they couldn't bring it down They told me that you have to come tomorrow back to pic up your car GU18AAJ I was very disappointed because of this shocked that how they can do this to me I told them that I have very important appointments and I cant attend these appointment without a car I have been waiting there for more than 4 hours and then a mechanic came and brought my car down and they have changed my tyre very unprofessional staff and a manager they dont know any thing about health and saftey why they lift up the ramp without checking it if it is working or not.i will not go to them again and even not recommend to someone else

I absolutely LOVE Kipling in Bushey. Everyone is so caring, communicates well and go the extra mile. I had a recent problem and Cia was incredible in trying to resolve it.
