booked on line as unable to speak to anyone on the phone system. I was travelling from Southampton to Nottingham via Cambridge, and discovered I had a slow puncture due to a screw in my tyre and my car does not have a spare tyre.
I managed to get a replacement tyre of the same make fitted in under 1 hour , good service at a reasonable cost.

I have used Protyre on multiple occasions. This time the appointment was running more than one hour late due to a computer failure. The gentleman checking me in was typing something and I waited a number of minutes directly in front of him before he even acknowledged me being there. Definitely not as good as usual.

No report received for my bronze service
Generally happy with the service received here.
But this time I believe due to staff shortages I feel like the service I received was subpar.
I ordered a bronze service, I just have to trust they did the job as I received no printout of the checks completed.
Nor received a receipt or job report on my email.
Even when asked about it, the staff told me that bronze service is pretty much oil + filter change only, and nothing else needed reporting.
But I paid for bronze service and I want to know for example the status of my tyres, if there's any upcoming recommended job or similar.
I received those reports in the past, for some reason not this time. Disappointed.

The Protyre service center in Cambridge is simply incredible—truly excellent!
I’ve been going there for three years for my MOT and the occasional repair on my aging Renault Clio 4.
They always treat customers with care and honesty, delivering high-quality work and offering sound advice on the best way to resolve any issues.
They frequently offer great discounts on various services; for instance, I got a 50% discount on a front-wheel alignment this past Monday simply by booking online in advance.

Tesla Model 3 front wheel alignment
Took my Tesla Model 3 in for a front wheel alignment and the guys did a great job - nice and quick, not expensive at all (Tesla themselves wanted about 5x as much for the same thing), and great service. Will be using again!

Jaguar F Pace service
Booked online to have my jaguar f-pace serviced. They were ready for me when I dropped a car off and phoned me when it was completed. Everything was completed on time. There was a very minor problem with the service due indicator not being reset but this was because the jaguar has two different service indicators. Car was returned and the service indicator reset. All in all excellent service.

How refreshing to find a company that is so honest it doesn’t do work that doesn’t need doing. We had booked and payed online to have our wheels aligned and when they checked it didn’t need doing so the gave us a full refund. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

A 10-year Customer at Protyre Cambridge
I've used Protyre Cambridge for about ten years, and since Ryan took over as manager several years ago the service has been even more outstanding than it already was. I do most of my own work on my cars and I'm VERY particular about how they're handled. Ryan accommodates every request without fuss: he keeps the interiors clean, makes sure the fitters follow my preferences on wheel weight colour, centre cap alignment, and locking wheel bolt placement. I know I'm a diva, but Ryan has never once made me feel like a burden for asking. Manager aside, all the technicians are really friendly and competent and have always taken immense care of my vehicles. Regarding pricing, Protyre Cambridge has always been as competitive (or better) than the best prices I can find online. I genuinely can't fault the place and highly recommend this branch if you need tyres, MOT, or basic car servicing done.

Expected what seemed a good service to make some attempt to setting correct tyre pressures. Had 2 tyres fitted a few days apart one front one back both at 39psi. Should have been 33 and 36.
