Always quick,very polite good service

The staff helped me when I ordered a single tyre that did not match the load rating of the other side of the axle. Fast refund and two matching tyres fitted a few days later. Great staff at Exmouth.

Easy efficient online booking and good customer service on arrival. Arrived in time for booked slot and 2 front tyres replaced within 20 mins. Brilliant service.

Very helpful in our hour of need during the christmas period .

I was recommended by the garage I have been with for many years who now also uses this company. As soon as I arrived as a new customer I was made very welcome until the flat tyre was sorted from the member of staff on the reception desk to one of the fitters too who kept me updated from start to finish. Both members of staff were both very customer based and friendly. I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent service at short notice. After bursting a tyre on a pothole late at night I contacted Protyre the following morning. They didn’t have what I needed in stock as it wasn’t a standard tyre but managed to get one delivered into them for that afternoon. I was happy with price paid and was impressed that my spare was locked back in place in the boot and all tools in the correct place as well. Previous experience with other tyre companies they just put it in the boot and leave you to put everything back in the right place later. Before I left I was told to come in any time I need my tyre pressures checked and it would be done free if any charge. It’s little customer care things like this that make the difference.

As usual I had fast efficient and knowledgeable assistance.

Less good is the website, very confusing. I wanted a particular brand, Goodyear , replacing the fourth tyre with a match to the other three. The site seemed determined to push a brand I did not know, and it was not obvious how to get what I wanted. Yet the Goodyear stock was in-store. The old website offered all makes at the first screen. Not everything new is an improvement!

Very friendly staff.
Finished the job on time and the cost was acceptable.

I received really excellent customer service and good prices for the new tyres I needed. The work was done quickly. Loved the free coffee while I waited.

Wanted 2 tyres for Citroen C1. Protyre had very competitive prices and then gave me £10 discount. Booked for 9am next morning. Pleasant and clean waiting room with superb hot chocolate! 2 tyres fitted in 20 minutes. Superb. I will use Protyre again for sure. Very polite staff
