Excellent service
I've used this garage a number of times now, and the service is always excellent. They carried out my MOT and air conditioning service, and my car passed its MOT with no issues. They were also kind enough to fit me into an earlier appointment, which was really appreciated.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. It's great to find a garage you can trust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future.

Wow thankyou guys. My wife went to go shopping then the school run only to find her car had a flat tyre. Quite desperate I called this company and they came to our home address to fix a puncture in plenty of time for the school run. Very fast efficient service. Happy wife=happy life? Awful and dangerous service from Great…
Awful and dangerous service from Great Dunmow branch. Replaced 2 caravan tyres with smaller and lower load rated tyres and of that wasn’t bad enough, the new tyres are 5 years old!!! How a ‘leading’ tyre provider can confirm stock of a tyre size 185R14C 102/100R and think it safe to install 5 year old 175R14C 99/98N tyres is beyond me.

The people were very efficient and honoured a promotion on Aircon top up. They also checked my oil levels and topped up as requested. It's only been a week but no problems detected so far.
