Locking wheel nut was not tight and fitter marked wheel removing old balance weights
Also did not clean off double sided tape when he removed old balance weights

Booked for 13:00 , tyres chosen and paid for online before attending. Took 2 hours to change 4 tyres. Folk who just walked in seen to more quickly. Slow service

I had to bring my hybrid in for a new exhaust and they were able to sort it within a few hours (where other places did not provide that service or required me to wait several days).

Alan the manager of protyre in kilmarnock did offer me a complete set of 4 tyres for a very competively priced and which also included 50% off the latest lazer tehnology of tracking alinement.I also have to give the staff there dues for friendly, experinces and helpful. A job well done!

This was also included 50% off the up to date laser wheel alinement. Which i was very much impressed with. Car was taken straight in, details checked and I had 2 new tyres fitted and back on the road in 15 minutes.

I had bought a cheap tyre a year ago when I ran over a screw, it was terrible and had worn badly over a year. The car had understeer issues on that side and would often spin when wet. Andy in Kilmarnock reccomended a set to replace both fronts with something a little higher priced than the last but it was really worth it and he also done my alignment showing me where each wheel was out. Driving the car is a pleasure again it feels like Andy put road glue on the tyres. Zero understeer and zero tyre slip in the wet. Il be back for the rears 100%

Dropped wheels off staff were polite and friendly was informed that it would be about an hour and they would phone? Had to call garage after 2.5 hours to be told they were ready and they had forgotten to call.
