rang this morning to have a price for 2 tyres to the front of my car the manager answered he was the most useless person i have spoken to i asked for advise on tyres to the reply of sort them out my self i and because i said he wasnt any help he puy the phone down i was going to book full service and 2 tyres dont know how he became manage lost a lot of money very rude person

Lacks organisation
Booking my appointment was very satisfactory,But after planning my day arround my time slot and arriving nice and early only to be told it would be 2hrs + to do fit 2 new tyres as they were short staffed ? Well that put the days plans out the window and when asked about swapping the new rear tyre's to front the advice was £45 charge.

Rude counter staff
Today I visited to have four tyres fitted to my car. I had looked up the tyres I required. But was met with derision from the person behind the counter that I had not purchased them online prior to my visit. When question further about my choice of tyre I was told that he has no idea what the online team do with prices. I thanked him and went to Quick fit who were both polite and I had a better deal.
I will not be visiting Protyre in Macclesfield again a hurry thank you.
Politness costs nothing but it does cost customers.

Helpful and Knowledgeable
Very happy with the service I received from Protyre Macclesfield.
I decided to wait and spent a few hours in the reception. Their customer service was good, straight forward advice to customers and happy to help where possible. I added a tyre pressure sensor to my order and after comparison they were very reasonably priced. Also best price of tyre I could find for what I wanted.
