I'm never disappointed with the service I get at Rhino. I take both my cars there regularly and trust the staff to take good care of them. I'm more than happy to sometimes pay a little bit extra than other garages because I know the quality is top notch. Thank you so much to everyone at Rhino :)

This company do not deserve a one star rating after the service and abuse I received? The staff were absolutely disgraceful and like a pack of baited dogs when I questioned the situation regarding my MOT. The manager just backed his staff to a degree that I felt frightened as a customer and I was threatened with the police? The manager which I believe afterwards was not the manager but under manager stated that the hankook tyres fitted to my car were of poor quality as a premium tyre? although hankook give a 6 yrs warranty on these tyres and the ones fitted on my car are under 3 yrs old, but the MOT tester S. T. Taylor-Williams put an advisory on these tyres that were slightly damaged/cracking or perished. I took my car to an independent tyre company and they found no issues with the hankook tyres. Therefore in my opinion I think protyres wanted me to buy 4 new tyres? I will follow this up with hankook and obtain their opinion. Conclusion stay away from Protyres and use another company you will be better off.
Protyres wanted me to reach out to them. I did this with no response from them. In the mean time the manager of the Rhyl branch eventually replied and stated it would take 5 - 10 working days to reply very rude and stated that he does not have to reply on my say so. Also guess what his investigation found in favour of his staff. So as a customer do not challenge their decisions. So I do not know what criteria they use to determine the fault on a tyre it is just visual on the mot tester ability? The manager stated in no uncertain terms he wants pictures of the said tyres to investigate further. Return pictures with him circling the defect which was a joke as anyone can see no issues, but in his opinion his mot tester was in the right. Oh dear stay away from this Rhyl branch?

Absolute scammers and poor at what they do!
My mum went here for her MOT, failed on a few things - fair enough. One being her tyre.
She decided to get the work done elsewhere because of how expensive Rhino Tyres are. They obviously saw their backside with this, because when she returned to get her MOT retested, they claimed that one of the clips that had just been fitted had come off and they had to replace it. What a load of rubbish!!!! When we checked the clip, they hadn’t changed it and it was the exact same one as the repair garage had put on. Showed them the photos that Rhino had supposedly took, and they said absolutely no way the clip came off and ‘landed’ in that position. Quite clearly took it off themselves and repositioned it so it looked like it had come off, so they then claimed labour costs for doing that!!!!
The tyre they had put on…my god, they hadn’t even tightened it on! The only one that was tightened was the locking wheel nut. The repair garage were appalled at this.
Also, they told my mum that wheel alignment was mandatory and said we’ll do it for £25 with your MOT retest. When she went back in - they suddenly went back on this and said no it’s £50.
Wheel alignment wasn’t mandatory anyway!!
The repair garage also picked up on a very very bent drop link which should have been picked up on MOT and it wasn’t.
Her car went in for its MOT retest at 08:40, was failed and then put back into another retest after the clip was ‘replaced’ all with the car being finished and given back to my mum at 09:20!
Crazy, considering once it’s failed, it’s meant to have a full retest which takes a minimum 30 mins. They somehow managed to fit 2 retests and a boot clip replacement in 40 minutes.

I’ve been coming here for probably about 10 years, and I would say over the last 5-6 years it has become absolutely shocking here. Prices are sky high, and their ‘mechanics’ don’t have a bloody clue what they’re doing. Poor customer service and I will not be returning, and neither will any of my family from now on.
They’re a joke of a company.

I always use my local Protyre for tyres and Mot. Good value for money, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Helpful and friendly staff.
They have a very upto date 4 wheel laser alignment and could align my Audi E-Tron that most can't do.

The staff are really welcoming, professional & very helpful as I am an old lady😀
