I booked MOT, i had no calls that something was wrong and when i came to collect the car i was told the MOT was not done due to the complete lack of oil in engine which was not right btw. No one tried to get in touch with me to inform me about it, i get the garage can refuse MOT but i expected a phone call. So i decided to cancel the service and requested the refund which happened 24/04 and no refund so far. Called the garage today (07/05) and they could not find the details in the system as the manager is on holiday. Surely there is a deputy to step in. I was told to call back again when the manager is back from his holiday. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I will advise all people I know not to use Protyre in Sittingbourne. customer Service level shockingly low.

After paying nearly £300 for 3 new tyres, I still had a tyre pressure light on my dashboard that they didn't even look at. Cost me another £300 to get that sorted somewhere else. Also I was the first person into the waiting room and last person out because they told me my car was ready as an after thought because everyone had left. If you're not a manly man wanting to discuss cars, don't go here. What's worse is the numerous emails I've had from them begging for reviews etc.

Great service and excellent value.the young tire fitter that worked on my car took the time to make me aware of a few faults only visible with the wheels n tyres off. I’ll be using them again

Excellent customer service from the guys at Pro Tyre Sittingbourne. My car was booked in for an MOT. I got there with some time to spare and they started the job on time at my allocated time slot.
I had 3 advisory's but the car still passed the MOT.
Paperwork was given to me regarding the details which included my MOT certificate.
MY MOT was booked online and I received a £20.00 discount.
I recommend Pro Tyre for their professional service.
The public toilets could do with a deep clean but that is a different story.

Have used a few times, this time was for a service on my wife's MG3, each time there was no fuss they did exactly what they said and always with courtesy, a pleasure to deal with, can certainly recommend and will use again, thank you Protyre.

Couldn't fault them

Took my daughter's car for a diagnostic as she had an engine warning light on.Took 10 mins and cost £50. Which seems expensive to me (£300/hr) but I was told the cost beforehand. I was told the car's timing belt was worn and would need replacing and also a sensor. They don't do this work. So my daughter took the car to another garage who do. They did their own diagnostic and said the timing belt was fine. She had put too much oil in the last time she topped and it just needed an oil change. I went back to Protyre to complain that I was given wrong Information and charged £50 for the privilege.
The guy in charge couldn't have cared less and said as they had done a diagnostic then the £50 charge stood even though the " diagnostic" was completely wrong. It shows what their priorities are. They're not interested in customer service. They just want your money. Don't use them. Rip off merchants

I’ve been using Protyre Sittingbourne for well over a year. They’re honest and professional in how they deal with all of my servicing, MOT and repair needs. I can’t fault them.

They obtained a replacement tyre quickly, and fitted it efficiently. However, they promised to look at the car 2 hours after I arrived, but it ended up being more than 3 hours. They need to improve in their management of customer expectations.
