Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση τουλάχιστον τηλεφωνικά και γρήγορη παράδοση

πήρα ένα air condition tesla.λένε ψέματα για τον χρόνο παράδοσης . η συσκευή ήρθε ένα μήνα μετά την αναμενόμενη . λένε ψέματα για την ημερομηνία εγκατάστασης -. γράφουν στο site 3 μέρες μετά την παράδοση . ήρθαν μετά από 15 . σε ειδοποιούν ξαφνικά το προηγούμενο βράδυ ότι θα έρθουν την άλλη μέρα το πρωΐ . Οταν τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να καταλάβω τι έχει συμβεί μου απάντησαν ότι δεν ξέρουν και θα επικοινωνήσουν για
να με ενημερώσουν . εννοείται ότι απλά δεν παίρνουν ποτέ πίσω . είναι ψεύτες και απατεώνες . ποτέ ξανά.

Αγόρασα ένα air condition από τα Public με την υπόσχεση δωρεάν εγκατάστασης. Η παράδοση έγινε μέσα στον χρόνο που είχε ανακοινωθεί. Ωστόσο, από εκεί και μετά δεν τηρήθηκε καμία από τις δεσμεύσεις σχετικά με την εγκατάσταση. Παρότι είχαν αναφέρει ότι θα υπάρξει επικοινωνία από συνεργείο μέσα σε δύο εργάσιμες ημέρες και η εγκατάσταση θα ολοκληρωθεί μέσα στις επόμενες τέσσερις, πέρασαν έξι εργάσιμες ημέρες χωρίς να επικοινωνήσει κανείς μαζί μου.
Επικοινώνησα επανειλημμένα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και κάθε φορά η απάντηση ήταν «θα το κοιτάξουμε», χωρίς κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Τελικά, μετά από έξι εργάσιμες ημέρες, ενημερώθηκα ότι ίσως μπορέσει να γίνει η εγκατάσταση την επόμενη εβδομάδα. Η εμπειρία αυτή δείχνει έλλειψη οργάνωσης και αθέτηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων που ανακοινώνονται στον πελάτη. Για τον λόγο αυτό ζήτησα την επιστροφή του προϊόντος. Δυστυχώς, δεν θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά.

Η χειρότερη εταιρία στα χρονικά!! Συνεργάζεσαι με τη PUBLIC και σου φέρνει τα δέματα σπίτι. Πραγματικά αν πάτε να κάνετε παραγγελία από τη Public και δείτε ότι παραδίδουν με την εταιρία αυτήν σας προτείνω να ΜΗΝ κάνετε τη παραγγελία .

Αρχικά, είναι εταιρία φάντασμα, έψαξα στον Google να βρω στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και δεν είχε τίποτα απολύτως παρά μόνο ένα τηλέφωνο που έχουν βάλει μάλλον υποχρεωτικά 210 7000 7717 που πραγματικά αν καλέσεις είναι αστείο γιατί έχουν βάλει ένα γελοίο ΑΙ το οποίο δεν σου δίνει καν επιλογές και αφού τελειώσει η ηχογράφηση του απλά σου κλείνει το τηλέφωνο. Επικοινώνησα με τη Public αρκετές φορές για να μου δώσουνε ένα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας και δεν μου δίνανε με την αιτιολογία ότι μόνο αυτοί μπορούν να επικοινωνούν εσωτερικά μαζί τους.

Ακούστε και το καλύτερο, αυτή η εταιρία ενώ εξυπηρετεί ένα μεγάλο πελάτη όπως είναι η Public, με τόσους πελάτες π έχει η public, συνεργάζονται με τη Svumm που το ωράριο λειτουργίας τους είναι 11 00 με 15 00 Δεύτερα έως Παρασκευή. Τι να προλάβεις ακριβώς να παραδόσεις σε μια μεγάλη πόλη μόνο μέσα σε 4 μέρες. Επισης, ο άλλος είναι υποχρεωμένος να περιμένει αυτό το ωράριο και να αφήνει πίσω άλλες υποχρεώσεις;

Εν τελεί, αφού πήρα και παραπονέθηκα πολλές φορές στη Publc βγάλανε ενημέρωση ότι ήρθαν και δεν με βρήκανε και με κάλεσαν κιόλας κάτι που φυσικά δεν ισχύει .

Οπότε αν δείτε Svumm απλά ΟΧΙ.

Φυσικά έκανα επιστροφή προϊόντος αφού δεν το παρέλαβα ποτέ και αφού ταλαιπώρησα τον εαυτό μου τόσο και εννοείτε ΔΕΝ θα παραγγείλω ξανά ποτέ από την αναξιόπιστη PUBLIC.

I bought an air fryer on their e-shop and was notified for delivery in 10 days without possibility to choose a time slot or other date. So I made plans to be at home and wait for them all day. At 14.10, I received a no-reply email from them asking if they could deliver on the next day between 5 and 7 p.m. There were no contact details in that mail. I signed in to my account and wrote in the contact text box that I cannot receive the package on the next day and that I am willing to receive it any time within that same day. I then got within 10 minutes a second no-reply email saying that my order was canceled and the money will be credited back to my card within a couple of days. In the meanwhile, I talked to 3 different people at Public's Customer Service who thought that all of this is normal and took no action to correct it.

Αγοράσαμε ένα air condition το περασμένο Σάββατο 5/6/2026 (αριθμός παραγγελίας R518377819) και ο πωλητής μας διαβεβαιωσε ότι θα μας έπαιρναν για εγκατάσταση τη Δευτέρα 7/6. Τη Δευτέρα δεν μας πήρε κανένας τηλέφωνο και λάβαμε email ότι θα επικοινωνήσει κάποιος εντός 48 ωρών πράγμα που επίσης δεν έγινε. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε εμείς Τετάρτη 10/6 και μας είπαν ότι θα μας πάρουν τηλέφωνο στις επόμενες 4 ημέρες ενώ τους εξηγήσαμε ότι η αγορά έγινε με την προϋπόθεση να γίνει η εγκατάσταση εντός της εβδομάδας γιατί φεύγουμε για εξωτερικό. Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση τόσο από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο όσο και από τη συνεργαζόμενη μεταφορική .Παραλαμβανω υποτίθεται σήμερα και μέχρι στιγμής 09:30 το πρωί δεν έχει επικοινωνήσει κανείς για την ώρα . Όταν πήρα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μου είπαν απλά ότι το έχουν δώσει στη μεταφορική , απλά ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ , ποτε ξανά αγορά από εκεί

They owe me a refund from more than 2 weeks and they keep not providing a date for the refund after several calls.
Everytime they tell me someone will contact me and no one ever do.

They mixed up my order for a monitor (125 euro) with a book; I received a book instead of the monitor, I gave back the book and they told me they could not deliver the monitor anymore and they would refund me. After more than 2 weeks I still don’t have information about my refund.

Πολύ κακή εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης μετά την πώληση από το public.gr.

Για την παραγγελία R420565157 παρέλαβα προϊόντα που μεταφέρθηκαν με τρόπο που απαράδεκτο, κάτι που αποτυπώνεται σε βιντεοληπτικό υλικό με ημερομηνία και ώρα. Ενημέρωσα την εταιρεία εντός προθεσμίας, απέστειλα φωτογραφίες και βίντεο και ζήτησα επίσημη λύση. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μέχρι σήμερα λαμβάνω μόνο καθυστερήσεις και αντιφατικές απαντήσεις, χωρίς οριστική διευθέτηση.

Έχω ήδη ζητήσει ολική ακύρωση της παραγγελίας και πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων. Απογοητευτική αντιμετώπιση.

Η εμπειρία μου με το Public είναι πραγματικά τραγική.

Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απαράδεκτη. Υπάλληλοι χωρίς διάθεση να βοηθήσουν, κανείς δεν αναλαμβάνει ευθύνη και ο καθένας σε στέλνει στον επόμενο. Αν κάποιοι δεν θέλουν να δουλεύουν, καλύτερα να δώσουν τη θέση τους σε ανθρώπους που έχουν ανάγκη τη δουλειά και θα την κάνουν σωστά.

Έχω ζήσει πολλά περιστατικά:
• Έκανα παραγγελία από το Mall Athens, με ενημέρωσαν ότι το προϊόν έφτασε και όταν πήγα να το πάρω, κανείς δεν εξυπηρετούσε. Μετά από ταλαιπωρία μου είπαν ότι το προϊόν δεν υπάρχει γιατί έγινε λάθος στον κωδικό. Και φυσικά, καμία άμεση επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μου είπαν να ξαναπάω μετά από 2-3 μέρες.
• Άλλη φορά πήρα προϊόν ελαττωματικό από την αρχή. Με έστειλαν 3 φορές χωρίς να βγάλω άκρη. Στα τηλέφωνα δεν δίνουν στοιχεία, δεν αναλαμβάνει κανείς ευθύνη και απλά σε γυρνάνε από τον έναν στον άλλον.

Η κατάσταση είναι χαοτική. Δεν υπάρχει οργάνωση, δεν υπάρχει υπεύθυνος και κανείς δεν φαίνεται να ελέγχει τίποτα.

Γενικά, από την εμπειρία μου, δεν γίνεται εύκολα ούτε επιστροφή χρημάτων ούτε σωστή αντικατάσταση προϊόντος. Πρέπει να τρέχεις και να παρακαλάς για κάτι που είναι ξεκάθαρα δικό τους λάθος.

Επίσης, δεν δίνουν ποτέ κάτι ξεκάθαρο γραπτώς, αφήνοντας τα πάντα στον αέρα.

Έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί και χάσει χρήματα και χρόνο. Πραγματικά απογοητευτική κατάσταση.

I am writing this review as a last resort. I have been waiting for a refund of €952.49 (Order #R358726169) for over a month now.

Despite my constant follow-ups, Public.gr only provides automated responses claiming that my bank (Bank of Cyprus) is rejecting the transaction. I have double-checked with my bank multiple times, and they have confirmed that no such rejection exists and no credit attempt has been made by the merchant.

I have repeatedly requested a refund via Bank Transfer (IBAN) to solve this 'technical' issue, but the customer service continues to ignore my request with bot-like replies. This is a significant amount of money, and the lack of human intervention is unacceptable.

Current Status:
- Amount owed: €952.49
- Delay: Over 30 days
- Legal Action: Formal notice has been sent to their legal department, and a complaint has been filed with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Cyprus).

I strongly advise caution when shopping here. I expect an immediate human response with a valid proof of transfer (SWIFT/SEPA).

I wanted to make a purchase and I spoke on the phone so I could confirm it and have it shipped to my home. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who served me.She wanted some further details about the purchase and she informed me that she will call me in 10 minutes.
Of course she didn’t call and Following my communication, I spoke with another gentleman, who told me that my purchase could not be completed as the item I wanted to buy was not available for purchase in this way.
Of course, he didn't give me the name of the lady I spoke to, nor any of the porters, nor did he complete my order as he didn't want to serve me.
I wasted my time and I will never buy the drink from public again, I am very sorry.

Ordered a tumble dryer on 28/1/26. On the website it showed that shipping would be within one week. I waited 3 weeks and then sent an email - no response. I waited a couple of days and sent another email - no response. I called the telephone number and was told I should have it by 3/3/26. I have yet to receive any further updates. Had I known it would take so long, I would have ordered it from somewhere else.

Παρείγγειλα την Τετάρτη 4/2 ένα βιβλίο 11 ευρώ με 3 ευρώ μεταφορικά για "αμεση" παράδοση την επομένη. Mail με ενημέρωσε οτι παραδόθηκε στη μεταφορική. Δευτέρα 9/2 και τιποτα. Μετά από μεγάλη προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας με όλα τα μέσα και με άμεση" απόκριση στο chat μια ώρα μετά και αφού το "διερέυνησαν πήρα την ακόλουθη απάντηση: "Έχουμε εντοπίσει την επικοινωνία σας και ενημερωθήκαμε απο την courier πως η παραγγελία ακυρώθηκε λόγω κάποιου συστημικού προβλήματος και έχει επιστρέψει σε εμάς. Ζητούμε ειλικρινά συγνώμη για την αναστάτωση που προέκυψε, αναμένεται να εκδοθεί το πιστωτικό σας για την επιστροφή χρημάτων στον λογαριασμό σας." Αυτός είναι επαγγελματισμός....

From Arc to UHD to Iris Xe – Confusing Specs and Poor Handling
I bought the ASUS Vivobook 15 X1504VA‑BQ3093 from Public during Black Friday because the product page clearly stated it came with Intel Arc Graphics, even featuring a dedicated section highlighting its gaming capabilities and Arc performance.For that reason, I chose the version without an operating system, purchased a separate Windows 11 license, and spent several hours on installation and setup. In practice, however, the laptop only includes integrated Intel graphics (Iris Xe eligible) rather than a dedicated Arc GPU, as confirmed by both the processor specifications and the Windows Device Manager.After I filed a complaint, the product description on the website was changed from “Arc Graphics & UHD Graphics” to “Iris Xe Graphics,” while my order history and the automatic confirmation emails still display different versions of the same device.
This shows that even the company itself doesn’t have a consistent or transparent understanding of the technical specifications it promotes—something quite problematic when a consumer chooses a product based on expected gaming performance. Even assuming the system operates as Iris Xe, its GPU performance falls far short of what one would reasonably expect from a laptop advertised with a dedicated Arc card and claims of “unique gaming experiences.”Public’s official response was limited to offering a €70 voucher with a warranty extension or a return option—without any genuine acknowledgment of the actual loss (Windows license cost, setup time, missed Black Friday deal) or a proposal for an equivalent model with a true Arc GPU.Despite providing additional technical clarifications, I received no improved offer or meaningful attempt at resolution. Based on this experience, I find Public unreliable when it comes to accurate specifications and serious after‑sales support—especially for technology products where performance details matter.

Ordered a Samsung OLED monitor for 400€. The order was delayed. The monitor that arrived was an edge lit ips panel, typically 120€ cheaper, and with a one letter different code... This level of incompetence seems intentional honestly.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Public.gr. I received a brand-new TV on January 22nd which was defective straight out of the box (severe panel uniformity issues/Dirty Screen Effect).

I immediately reported the issue with photographic evidence, requesting a DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement or a refund. Since then, I have been subjected to a week of empty promises. I was told multiple times that I would be contacted within "2 business days," yet I have received zero follow-up calls. Every time I try to reach their technical department, I am left on hold indefinitely.

It is unacceptable that a company is lightning-fast when it comes to taking your money, but completely disappears when they deliver a faulty product. I have already filed an official complaint with the Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti) and I am exercising my legal right to withdraw from the contract.

I demand an immediate full refund and for the defective unit to be picked up from my residence.
