Baz my Frenchie was slowly changing. I just put it down to him being in his twilight years
Rubbing on things started with his face thinking back then itching his back end he lost a fair bit of hair but his skin is dark I changed flea treatment’s tried different shampoos then the ear itching got worse and the paw licking on sites I was on all Frenchies we’re doing these things. We tried 2 different meds from our vet nothing worked and the side effects were terrible so on FB I saw the advert read up read reviews so I bought the meds after 2 months wow the difference in my Baz was amazing

After reading the reviews, I am very nervous to order from this company again. I ordered once, and it took a long time to be delivered, but it did eventually arrive. I thought it would arrive via a courier service, but it didn't. It went to the post office, and I had to pay to receive my parcel. The postal service in South Africa is virtually non-existent. I thought I was buying from a South African company. I did not realise it was coming from overseas.

Item took months to arrive, packaging was from China, the so-called supplement smells of chemicals. A refund has been refused unless I courier from South Africa to PA, USA at my own cost. It would cost as much as the item!!!

Son unos ladrones. Llevo 5 meses esperando que lleguen las gomitas y aún no llegan. Lo peor de todo es que de alguna manera quede suscrita sin mi conocimiento a una compra mensual y ahora me han cobrado 4 tarros extra de multivitaminicos. He intentado que me eliminen la suscripción y aún no lo hacen. Pedí que me devolvieran el dinero y cada vez que me responden los mails que envío pidiendo que me devuelvan la plata y eliminen la suscripción me dicen que los pedidos están en camino. Es una estafa.

Please don't believe most of the reviews I believe some of them are just hating or trying to ruin this company.. I am living in Vietnam and I ordered their product and it came in one piece and my Shiba Inu loves their vitamins. I originally bought the vitamins for my mini Frenchie but she was allergic to them and I told pupganics and they fully refunded my money which I never asked for.. this company cares about what they do for dogs and not just do it for greed. I would recommend this to anyone and I will still continue to purchase products from them. 5/5.

I placed an order in April and still no delivery
I placed an order in April and am yet to receive, after many many emails, most I’m sure where answered by AI as they simply didn’t address the question I asked, I’ve been told that it’s a failed delivery. The issue is that we live in an apartment with 24 hr security that receive parcels on our behalf, I can assure you that no delivery was ever made and no contact was ever made. Now they are refusing to refund. The customer service is pathetic.

Chocco, my beautiful Desert Dog, has his life back
My dog had so many skin issues before starting Pupganics. Hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills which was very discouraging. Finally found Pupganics after doing tons of research and decided then to pair it with the long term meds Chocco was on. We have now safely weened him off the meds and he is solely on Pupganics for two months and we could not be more happy. His gut health really improved and he is his old self. Thanks Pupganics.
